Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Marietta

Great budget hotel: nice service, soundproof rooms, fast internet, clean facilities. Runs circles around other places. Glad I stayed here.

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened 14+ years ago and have spent over 100 nights here. It is by far, one of the most well-maintained properties I have ever seen, and I travel very frequently. The housekeeping staff do an incredible job and have made this low-key hotel feel much nicer than many properties that share the same name. Some of the long-time staff have changed in the past few years but the new ones are still friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is solid for the price and the location is as good as it gets in Marietta.

All that said, in the past 2-3 years, the hotel has started to show its age and I will no longer be staying here until at least minor renovations take place. The carpet and furniture in the rooms are still original (14 years old) and it is starting to show. The TVs for example, are 32" and of terrible quality. There are no USB ports in the rooms and outlets are not accessible. It doesn't need a total renovation, but certainly needs some modernization.

Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars and my sincere thanks for nearly 15 years of incredible service. Make those updates, and I will continue staying here for many years to come.

I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel in my life. Cozy, SUPER friendly staff, and an AMAZING continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again. It was lovely.

Super clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly. Quiet, bed comfortable. Very reasonable rate for accomodations. Breakfast was excellent!

The front desk staff was excellent, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was everything you could want. This hotel surpassed my expectations in every way.

Clean room, staff was friendly, many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. No breakfast meat.

It was a great hotel for the rate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

Very good value. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. No problems with wifi. Room alternated between stuffy and cold since there was not a way to keep the fan running with A/C.

Location is fairly quiet, but a little challenging to get to. Look for McDonalds and turn in front of it.

Breakfast was a nice surprise. Not deluxe, but more items than I was expecting.

Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and courteous. Staff in general very friendly. Rooms nice and clean. They also have big truck parking available.

Solid four star. Tiny rooms but comfortable. Clean and casual for an overnight stay. Very good value. They should advertise the tiny soaps, lol.

First time staying at a Microtel and it won't be the last. Very clean, quiet. Convenient location. Loved the little window seat they have in the room. Very efficiently laid out space. Comfortable bed. Lights above the bed are a little bright and an outlet at the bedside table would be welcome. Did not negatively impact our stay. Great spot.

Rooms are always clean and it's always a great stay when I visit Marietta. Janet who works at the front desk is always very polite and helpful.
