This company was absolutely fantastic to help us through a multi-million dollar restoration project after the storm freeze on Christmas Eve 2022. Guy and Sarah's crews were extremely hard workers, professional and dedicated to helping us through the mess the storm left. I highly recommend this organization to anyone in need.

My partially finished basement flooded after my sump pump failed during a wet, rainy season. I looked into restoration companies and chose Mid-Ohio Cleaning & Restoration. Guy and Sarah came to my house within a few hours of me calling. They are very knowledgeable. They alleviated my fears of mold, explained what the dry standard is and what the mitigation process would be. They will guide you through the insurance claim process. They did such a good job drying out the basement and hauling away all the damaged materials, I hired them to also do the restoration. Guy is easy to work with and provided us with lots of ideas and options. The basement looks so good after the restoration, we'll be spending more time downstairs. Their team is friendly, professional, honest and reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

We were on vacation and got a notification that our basement flooded from rainwater and some work that was being doing. Mid-Ohio came in the middle of the night, cleaned up our entire basement and did an amazing job. They were very communicative and were so nice about updates and sending pics. It made us feel comfortable staying on our vacation knowing that they were handling everything back at home. They also worked great with our insurance people. Can’t say enough good things!

Within a few hours of calling Guy was here to assess the damage and get the ball rolling on drying everything out, mind you this was in February when we had snow on the ground and had a warm spell with a full day of rain and they were swamped with calls! Sarah and Dominic were here to get the drying out process started and then Sarah came had the gruesome task of cleaning everything out of the crawlspace that was ruined. He came the very next day to assess my water damage and cleanup needs. He gave me a price quote. Guy explained step by step what needed to be done. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Because of this and because his price was competitive with the other two companies, I hired Mid- Ohio C&R. The next day Sarah came and cleaned and to prevent mold build up sprayed my basement. Sarah was hardworking, efficient, polite, and professional. I would recommend Mid -Ohio Cleaning and restoration to anyone in need of cleanup from water damage.

They do amazing work they come in and get the work done and leave it professionally done like the stains in the area rugs never happened at all. I highly recommend this company they go above and beyond for there customers.
