Mid-Ohio Market at HEART reviews
15It's a blessing to able to go to this place, it helps me alot to get fresh fruits and vegetables for my family. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Continue to do the good job of helping those in need.
This was my first time going here and I didn’t even get to go in! I apparently went into the pharmacy area and they were looking at me like I was stupid. They don’t have any parking, so you have to wait in a VERY long line of cars that goes out all the way to the street. And when it does go out to the street, they tell you to park at krogers until the line starts moving. Meaning they won’t come get you when it comes moving you just have to come at the correct time or someone else will take your place.
I absolutely LOVE this pantry! You can come once a week, which is very helpful when you are on a fixed income. We just recently moved here in July and this place is definitely "a God send". The people are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Thanks for truly doing "God's work ".
I was feeling totally defeated. The volunteers were just so welcoming and made me feel better about my situation. They don't just provide food, they share kindness and love.
First time going. I was surprised at the quality and variety of pantry and fresh produce they had. They also had a selection of me
Everyone is so caring and nice. They make me feel very welcome. They really work their butts off and I want to say thank you so much your help really does help me and my friends and family
This place is a blessing they give you a lot of food and good food at that food that 99% if not 100% of people will eat unlike these other food pantrys but ever place that helps out with food is a blessing so no one goes hungry
Never can get a hold of anyone because phone isn't working with the number they showed on site!
It would of originally been zero stars as my husband was entering the building another person that was going to the pantry had called him names and told him to get a job and lose weight the fact of it is he has a job and supports his family fully pays all rent bills and buys what little bit of groceries he can and just so happen to need a bit of assistance this time around bothered him to have to do start with. The fact that the staff at the pantry was able to quickly comfort and ensure my husband that the kind of behavior was shown wouldn’t be tolerated and the fact that they took the time to tell us that they loved us and looked forward to seeing us every week brought us to leaving 5 stars because they showed they actually care and aren’t your typical government funded facility. Thank you Heart Of Reynoldsburg.
This is an amazing place to go, the workers are so friendly and they really give u really good food.
If u are vegan/vegetarian or just curious about plant-based options, this is a great place to get your needs fulfilled!
Awesome service, more than I expected. Enough food to carry me through the week.
Thank you, so much.
Every one is nice there and very helpful and got a good selection of food Thank you so much
I had to visit this food bank a couple of years ago. The volunteers and staff were extremely helpful and so kind! Everyone worked together as a team to ensure the line moved at a steady pace and all those in need were helped through the process. Many families rely on assistance from this food bank. On behalf of the Community, we thank you from the bottom of our heart!
I am new here, and I hope to visit you as soon as possible.
I hope that there will be volunteers to send needs to homes, especially in winter.
