I had a 1 p.m. Appointment for an oil change and arrived at 12: 55 pm. I went into the lobby and advised James that I had a 1PM appointment. He told me that they were running late because they had two big jobs that came in earlier. I asked him why didn't you call since my appointment was until 1PM? He had all morning to call to let me know. He said oh I just didn't. He said it was going to be another hour and that he could take me at 2. I told him I'd be back for 2 PM. When I returned for the 2PM appointment he still was running late. He said we going to be at least another half hour. Again I ask him you have my phone number, how come you didn't call? Very bad customer service and then he told me he wasn't going to take me. I must say after I talk to the district manager he made an appointment at another Midas for me the next day and had great service.

Wow what an awesome experience at this location. Mike, was very honest and kind and so informative. He kept me updated with my vehicle and I couldn’t ask for a better technician! I will be bringing my business back to this location and also referring friends and family! Thanks again for all of your help! Very satisfied customer here!

This Midas is incredibly good at offering a service and then not performing it. About a week ago my boyfriend decided to take advantage of the oil change and tire rotation service and after they had his car for MANY MANY hours, they said that they didn't have time to do the tire rotation. Fast forward to this week, I take my truck in to take advantage of the same 4th of July service deal and not only did they hang on to my truck for over 4 hours total, but they called me into the garage to show me an issue with one of my tires (it was going bald) and explained that they did not do a tire rotation because of this. I requested that they still rotate them as I could get another tire from a supplier within a day and it would be an easy fix and I want the other tires properly rotated. They said sound's good, and sent me on my way.

They call me back to the store about an hour after this interaction (third time being driven there) and say everything is complete. I drive home and notice that the tires had not been rotated (I have identifying markings on my tires like a weirdo), I did not have the replacement traditional sticker indicating mileage for oil change which is rather annoying, and I was over $60 lighter for the trouble. I called the store and was told by the manager that he had seen them rotate the tires but they would talk to their tech. Lo and behold, the tech said that it would be a "waste of their time" to rotate the tires and they didn't do it. So not only was I lied to, but they did not do the advertised services that they had me sign off on. Incredibly frustrated with this experience and their offer for a "free" oil change next time I'm in (which will now be never) seems like an excellent opportunity for their techs to display more lazy or ill-managed tendencies.

Pretty slow turnaround times. I got an oil change and had to wait 45 minutes after they said it would be done. They didn’t even rotate the tires or check tire pressure (which was included). Girlfriend took her car and tried to get it back 3 different times before it was finished. They are extremely slow and unprofessional

Always a great place to get your vehicle worked on. The mechanics or very knowledgeable and take care of your vehicle. I recommend this one on Far Hills.

Mechanic s overworked and a manager that does nothing. Work is good but 4 hours to change out tires is a little too much

I got an estimate 4 or so days ago for brakes and rotors all around. I called them on 2/26/19 to see when I could come in to get them done, hoping I could do it that same day. Well, Mark took me in and they got it done in record time with only 3 techs working. Mark and his crew know what they are doing and I will be using this Midas location for all my car care needs! Thanks guys!

The two men I met here were very kind and helpful when I needed help with air in a tire going flat while unfamiliar with the area. Even showed me where to find the instructions for how much goes in a tire that I'd managed to overlook; I'd been overfilling them and now know that that can wear down the tread on them faster. They offered more services but didn't feel pushy at all. If I were closer I'd choose this Midas just from the experience I had today alone. Thank you both!

As a loyal customer it pays to go here. They take care of us and don't shortcut anything we need done.

The people here are very friendly! I went during a busy time and they were able to schedule me in that afternoon. After they looked at my car (before service) they showed me all the things that needed to be done, explained and broke it down for me, and then got me estimates. I recommend this place highly!

Scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance.when i showed up it was still a 4 hour wait, asked if i could come back in 3 or 4 hours and they said if i did that it would have to wait til tomorrow.never go to midas, check out carx or even knock on a strangers door and ask for help, you will get better results and customer service.

Oil change service was done in a timely and professional manner. Employees too are courteous and friendly.

The guys were fast and took care of my car right away. One midas guy at another place referred me over to this one so I could get my car serviced before closing. He'll miss out on my review but deserves some recognition. Wifi available and softer chairs than expected. For a late Friday evening oil change, reasonably priced, I give 4 stars. Maybe a cookie would get the fifth.

I like this place. We’ve been going there for years never had a problem.
Always courteous and polite and they do a great job.

My 18 year old daughter just went in with an oil issue and then told her how urgent it was to have front brakes, rotors and a coolant leak repaired so 700 dollars later she is broke and is on a very tight budget of 1000 a month while going to college out in Dayton. I had just driven her car two days prior with absolutely no brake issues and no coolant leaks so avoid this midas. Thanks a lot for taking advantage of the situation midas. Also for the 700 she paid in on things she never asked about she could have had the manifold gasket replaced that she went in for in the first place.

It was great! There is a guy named Mark who works there and he took great care of my car. The store manager was also very helpful and took care of me when I cashed out.

I've been to many places trying to find good customer service, honesty, and ethics.
I have found all of these here, and highly recommend this particular Midas Service Center.

Had an appointment for an oil change on my 2008 GMC sierra. 2 hours later it was finally done. They marked off that they filled my tires to 35psi, which they didn't because as soon as I got in I checked my sensors in my tires and it was still 24,26,29,31 for all four tires. They lied on the tire fill up. They also said some lines were leaking. I had someone else check it out and no leaks were present. I gave Midas on Far Hills 2 stars because it was the cheapest in town.

My wife went in today for a simple oil change, I would advise finding another garage elsewhere unless you appreciate having your wife haggled about price and lied to about what her vehicle needs just because she was a woman. Had she said yes to the price; it would have costed $319.63 when all she went in for, was an oil change.
