Gene was such an amazing man he was very helpful and nice he took the car right in and fixed the problem himself and he was the NICEST man I have ever dealt with at Midas he made the experience very nice and not stressful at all. You need more employee like him he was AWESOME

The staff was great. So repair of tire seems to be working. Very grateful to them. They were the third business I visited to get repair done and they win hands down. Other than the inside needing to be cleaned, they would have received a five star rating. I plan to use them again in the future.

Very professional and excellent communicational skills. Could tell me in layman's terms everything i wanted and needed to know about my car. They walked me through step by step everything that needs repaired and the urgency of which needed to be fixed first.

Took my truck up there for a oil change, wheel alignment and diagnostic check on June 14th
around 12pm called at 5pm to see if they were done and they told me they were pulling into the garage and that they will call me back if they run into any problems to see if I wanted it fixed. Well they ended up closing. Had to find a ride to work for the next day. When I got off at 3pm June 15th I had to call again and they told me they never got to my car that they were going to fix it and give me a call they did call at 4: 42pm and I went to pick my car up at 5: 40p only to find that my truck was broken into and vandalized on the inside. No windows broken by the way. Now I have an electrical issue that's draining my battery and its gonna cost me 1200 dollars to get my vehicle rewired. They didn't care took my money and were very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them especially if you are a young woman

I was pleased with the service. They were really busy but they were moving cars in and out at a super fast pace. Gave me what I needed, very professional.

They did an oil change on my truck so I started see oil on the ground toget toad my oil pad have a crack that they did and they not go get it fix bad service

A great friendly place. A little overpriced. There is a parts house right behind them so you do not have to go far if part's are needed. They do have Wi-fi. Be sure to save all recipts.

In and out fast. Waited less than an hour total for a walk in to get oil change and tire rotation on a sedan. Very happy woth service, speed and price.

I like going to Midas it's a place to go to for all of your car needs but they can be very expensive but I always get a friendly and I'm pretty much satisfied.

I took my camry to Mike at the dorothy lane shop and he went out of his way to help me! I would definitely take my car to him for everything just because he showed me respect and treated me like I was family.

They over charge and within a month I had to fix two things on my car in areas that they had been working in.

They Will rip you off and run up a bills on you. Do not work with people and feel they do not have to explain anything.and why they want you to ok a 1500.00 bill and leave your tab open. BUT do not know what the problems are. Many Many different managements.its the work crow in the back.

I checked my car in and paid 1500 cash up front to Midas. Unfortunately its been a month and 2 days my car is yet back in the road. I've missed and had to cancel birthday reservation. Never again

Took my car here for an electrical issue. Two and a half weeks later it's still sitting in the lot with NO diagnostic work done. Have tow truck to take it to Affinity car care in troy where I know it will be completed in a timely fashion.

Jake Denniston who works at Midas is very helpful and professional! He was so nice in his interactions with me and made me feel confident that my car was in great hands. I will be coming back to this Midas location just to talk to Jake!

Jake D.was a real cool guy, very helpful, very professional. The guys that worked on my car were able to find out exactly what was going on with the issue I was having as well and my car is running much smoother now. Would recommend this shop.

Very nice and helpful guys there. Explained what was wrong with my car in detail. Didn't get his name (think it started with M or N) but he was tall with salt pepper hair glasses. Very polite, answered all my questions. Wasn't impatient with me like other places I took my car too. I would definitely recommend this midas to everyone.

Went to have my AC fixed. Took over a week. They fixed AC then other problems started happening. Found out they drained all my coolant and that what was causing all the problems. It takes special coolant not easy to find and is expensive. After I fixed myself. I have not had a problem sense.
