Just asked for an oil change and they try to sell me on multiple other projects that they even said didn't need to be done for a while

I took my vehicle here to have the power steering pump replaced on June 2nd. It went out on June 3rd. They said it was a bad pump. They replaced it again. We drove to Michigan on June 5th for a party and as soon as we reached our destination, the pump went out again. No power steering at all. We had to have our vehicle towed from Dearborn, MI back to Midas. They ended up keeping our vehicle for almost a month and could not tell us what the problem was. After already spending $800 for the pump, They tell us it will be another $1800.00 for a new pump and a rack and pinion. We came to get our vehicle to get a 2nd opinion and they had lost the keys. We ended up getting the vehicle fixed somewhere else and realized the engine cover was missing. They still had it and looked at me like I was crazy when I had to come back to get it. The District Manager does not want to give us a refund for the $800 we spent or any portion of it. He is asking for the pump back to investigate it. Who keeps an old pump weeks after it is fixed? I would not recommend doing business at this location. P. S.it was not the rack and pinion, it was the pump and hoses.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received here for not only my car but for my husband's car also. They messed up several basic things and when we brought it to their attention they proceeded to argue with us. When we told them we would never be coming back their response was "okay that's fine". Very rude and unprofessional!

They were awesome.had to leave car overnight so Aaron drove me to car rental so I could continue my trip.

They were kind.and efficient.

Let me drop off my rental car at the midas and they got it back.

They did the front brakes on my 535xi. They recommended pads only and did not try to upsell rotors.

Overpriced! Mark up on parts, hourly rate shouldn't be related to bay cost and over head expenses, some repairs aren't even hourly repairs

Got my struts and brakes and rotors done for a very hefty cost, as suggested by their diagnosis. I get it back and now there's a sound from the left front tire that wasn't happening before so I took it back and now they tell me I need a wheel bearing replaced for 500$. This sound was not happening till I got it back from them

I dont know the guys name that helped me today, but they all were greatly appreciated! I was driving on the way to St Charles Hospital from Defiance to see my mom. It was raining and my wipers stopped completely. I stopped in to see if they could help. They got me in and fixed right away! There was something loose in the motor. It was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

I had a transmission fluid leak and needed a new front axle seal. Had that repair done but it still leaked. Took vehicle back to same Midas location for repair. Work was done second time but leak still occurred again. I was on the road with the leak becoming worse so I had to stop somewhere else and pay for repair again. Very poor service quality at Midas.

Great work. Friendly. Quality work. Gave me honest opinion on what needed to be done. Didn't try to push any work I didn't absolutely need.

Dishonest at best, was told several oil changes ago that I would need brakes replaced at my next oil change, at my most recent oil change they told me brakes were at 50%, also day after my washer fluid went empty which leads me to believe that they really don’t top off fluids. Also try to sell you unnecessary services.

Great place.
I have been to tireman and other autocare centers but at the end they all are short in one or other matters. I won’t go anywhere else or even recommend anyone.

Real American touch in customer service.

Kenneth was super helpful- called at 2pm on a Saturday and they were able to get me in, new cv axle and wheel bearing, and out by 4pm.

Very friendly, efficient, and effective, team members here. It's a little pricey but they'll treat you better than the people at Tireman on Navarre Ave.

Went in to get a flat fixed. Guess what? No charge! Who does that anymore? Midas does! Awesome guys! I appreciate it!
