Scott and Josh were really wonderful people to deal with. Josh provided the customer service in the bay and Scott took my phone call and informed me in the office about a good amount of automotive terminologies. Thanks Midas!

I honestly love this location. Everyone is so friendly, the manager will joke around and just be really down to earth with everyone. Most places that service cars can honestly be intimidating, especially for women, but I don’t have that worry here. I know everything will be done and handled to perfection and I know I will be assured about anything that is done to my vehicle. I always come here for my oil changes.

Knowledgeable but expensive for a mid level repair shop. They will quote you the highest cost. You have to question them to get the economic repair.

Topper is the best! Only this place can repair a tire to the point you forgot it was ever leaking! These boys need more recognition, no doubt!

They were amazing the problem on my car kept happening after the initial fix. I brought it back in and it was a different issue they fixed it free of charge. I will continue to come back

Midas on Airport, was friendly and quick to solve my problem with the heating in my veggie they got me in and out and ny hears blowing better than ever!

Had an issue with a cross-threaded starter bolt. It was an honest mistake and the repair was taken care of same-day. Really appreciate it.

Bunch of scammers. I came in wanting two ATV tires mounted, they did not tell me the price until after the replacement, and had the audacity to tell me $25 per tire after they got one mounted. Everywhere else charges $10 or less, and I came here because this was the only place open after 5pm. Will not come here again, absolutely disgusted.

Scott Shepard (Manager) and Topper (Mechanic) were amazing! I was treated like family from the moment I walked into the shop. With this level of customer service and professionalism, I am never taking my vehicles to the dealership again! Why deal with long waits and high prices at a dealership when you can have all of your automotive needs meet quickly, efficiently, and for a great price at Midas!

Great experience, the employee who helped me was very nice. I had tire issues it was a fast service in and out within 20 minutes!

I took my daughters car here because her heat was not working. My appointment was at one and I got in right away. Topper checked the car over with a fine tooth comb trying to find the problem. He tested everything possible and found the problem. He was very thorough and did not quit until he found out what was wrong. Not only did he find the issue but he also pointed out other issues with the car that needed fixed. I already knew about these issues but he made sure to let me know. Also he noticed my oil was a tad low and added some oil to my car for me. I recommend ANYONE to come here and see Topper. All employees were kind and caring. Offered me l coffee and/or water numerous time. I definitely recommend coming here.

The crew were absolutely amazing! They handled my audi a4 with care and even shared some insight on an issue with my new tires purchased from a different shop that probably helped prevent a major issue/issues. Definitely recommend them to anyone on a low budget but requires great service.

If you need a free wheel alignment check this Midas location does them. The waiting area is small but if you do wait the walls are glass so you can see the mechanics working on your car. Which to me is a big deal. They even allowed me into the shop and showed me underneath my car where they suspected the brake pads and rotors were worn and needing replacement. Very impressive customer service. * (This was after they missed the appointment for 9: 30am and I had to come back at 11am) not sure if they were trying to make up for a bad experience or if this is typical. I will probably be a repeat customer.

Had a thermostat replacement done. I like going into midas, because most of the guys in there especially Scott Shephard, are very welcoming, and very attentive to your needs. Whenever I have an issue with my car, they are always there to help me and get the job done. I really appreciate Midas. I may complain about the price sometimes, but it is well worth it.

The service manager is always friendly and helpful when assisting with my vehicle maintenance. I have never received anything but A-1 service from this shop.

Had a very good experience with Reynolds Midas. I was able to come in as soon as I called. Topper- Went above and beyond for my car with much patience and even worked with me for problems with my car, very appreciative for his hard work and dedication.

Apparently they have a new manager Scott! He was amazing to deal with. Got my car in after only afew minutes wait oil change/tire rotation/balance.left my coffee mug there and he called me to let me know. Great experience. THANK YOU SCOTT!

I went to have my tire pressure balanced. The mechanic was polite and serviced me less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived. Was pleased.
