Times have changed. I went to get a quote to replace my alternator. They were going to charge me 50% more for the parts than any going rate around. Also 208 dollars in labor accounting to almost 140 per hour.

Okay fine but on top of that wildly steep labor cost they want to charge 90 diagnostics fee and 40 in shop fees. In my opinion that's double dipping on charges.

Upcharge 50% in the parts.
Double dip on the already expensive labor.

They tried to justify it but telling me I could take it to any Midas in Florida as well and get support.

Told them no thanks

I just want to say that I have brought multiple cars here over the years.went to multiple different shops in the area and have found myself back here. Had some bad experiences at other local shops not gonna lie. Adam and Colin are SO professional and easy to talk to. They give you honest opinions and have talked me through a lot of hard decisions. The prices are also fair in comparison to the other shops in the area. I trust these guys and the work they do.they are truly awesome!

Had a very chaotic day with my car breaking down and my tow guy taking me to a total scam mechanic. Called Midas to see if they could help me out and they truly saved the day. I was able to tow my car to this shop and Colin Rankin made this whole experience super easy and stress free for me. They fixed my car within a few hours.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I was unable to be at the shop since I was working but Colin called me with updates as soon as anything came up. I’m moving to the area and have already found my trusted mechanic. Thanks guys!

I took the car here on Saturday, June 10th to see why the front right tire was making a small thumping when going over bumps. They told me that I needed 4 new tires, rear shocks (they said that's where the noise was coming from), rear links, and rear crontrol arms. This would be okay, aside from the fact that I replaced the rear shocks in February 2022. Also, I don't need 4 new tires. The front ones, yes. They're balding on the inside. The back 2 have great tread and are showing minimal wear.

I called and asked about the mishap with the shocks, wondering if they could go bad in a year, and they told me no. That the place I had do them didn't report it to the car fax.

Edit - I had time to reflect and relaized I was in my feelings a lot in my review. I'm still not super convinced on some of the repairs, but that's on me.

Helpful tire repair. Fixed my flat tire, removed a screw and replaced the spare I had put on the car. Didn’t take them long either.

Bought a brand new tire here and it popped an hour after leaving. Never offered warranty and made me pay full price to replace. Tires are overpriced too. This place is a scam.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy I work here and the special four tires they ran was excellent. I’m very thankful Colin walked me through everything. I will definitely use them again

I have been going to this location for about a year now, without any issues. Most of the time, it has been Colin who has assisted me and he has always been polite and honest.

I've used this place once over 20 years ago and thought it was expensive. However, I've taken the car here twice in the past year and they've helped me make good decisions as far as what I do (and don't) repair on my car. The team there has definitely put the customer relationship over business at times - a good thing and hard to find. The pricing I got from them was certainly fair and realistic to market - including labor charges.

That solid relationship will definitely get my business as long as the current team is there.

Flat tire! It happens on the worst of days! But The Midas team stopped and rapidly repaired my flat with out charging me a dime! Who does that? I'm over the moon thankful to the men that rapidly fit me in and fixed my tire so i could continue on my path.

Went in earlier today for a tire patch. The staff was friendly and accommodating: they fixed my tire for free and had me in and out within 30 minutes. I will be coming back here for all of my tire needs!

I have been coming to this location for over 7 years. Not once have I had a bad experience or service with this group of people. They get the job done at a fair price and let you know things that can be held off for a later time.

I didn't have an appointment and they still performed my oil change in just under an hour. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend.

They were able to repair a tire with a screw in it in a quick time. Appreciate them as they did not try to charge me for anything additional just took care of what I needed in a timely fashion.
