Quick, honest, and punctual! I will never take my car anywhere else. Tony, the manager was great & explained everything at a level I would understand. Keep up the good work team! I’ll be back every time.

Buyer beware, tried to scare me into $500 worth of tires. Told me that they were so bad that they needed to report it to Uber, that's what I do, I'm an Uber driver. Now, I knew I was coming around to needing tires, I was at 34,000 miles on my car that I bought brand new. I rotate my tires with every oil change. So, I got a second opinion and was told what I expected, yes tires needed to start being on my mind, but no, I wasn't at hazard level. I will never return there ever.

Manager was very knowlegable about cars. It seems he is a proper gear head aka car nut. They were very prompt in service. Make sure you have a appointment so in and out is fast.

I recently took my car to this Midas to get my muffler replaced. It was right after Christmas and so they were extremely busy (i.e. The lot was full of vehicles and the lobby was filled with customers). Subsequently, I overheard several customers expressing frustration over lengthy wait times to the on-duty Manager, Tony. Tony, however remained very calm and professional when dealing with them, and certainly with me, as I too was a bit stressed. In fact I saw Tony running all over the shop being actively involved in everything that was going on there, all with a great attitude. Midas picked a winner with him, as the managers whom were there before I thought to be devious and apathetic. The muffler works great and I’d highly recommend this Midas, especially if that Tony guy is on duty.

Quick service, profesional, gave me my estimate of what else I needed but didn't try to pressure me into anything.

Recently took one of my vehicles into this location, the Manager, Tony was knowledgeable and honest. What more can you ask for from a mechanic? ! Fair prices and they had that too. Since then we have taken the remaining of our vehicles to Midas in Maineville. Definitely a great experience!

Didn't know why my heat won't shut off, why my air won't work or why my vehicle screeches when I turn the key.

Tony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me regarding the difference between conventional and synthetic oil. I appreciate him taking the time to educate me instead of just pushing me to do one or the other without any explanation. There was some original miscommunication, but they more than made up for it. I will definitely be returning with our cars in the future.

Horrible customer service. I have been going to them for years but after the rudeness I encountered by the guy at the desk this last time I won’t be returning

I had a muffler put on a very old car. Andrew problem solved for parts to make it fit, gave me a reasonable price and did a great job. I will be back in the furniture.

On January 4,2019 I went to Midas for an oil change and an issue with my pickup truck. Tony treated me like a valued customer. I got my oil changed and He took care of my pickup truck issue with no problem and no charge! I highly recommend Midas on Grandin Rd.

Went in for an oil change and was able to get in first thing in the morning. Service was fast and friendly.

There is a reason this place in completely empty on a Saturday and tire discounters is booked. Out of business soon

Extremely disappointed was going to go buy tires quote it one price by Mark for four tires. When I called this morning and spoke to Andrew to confirm got the price for two tires decided since there wasn't much of a difference to go to four. Got a ride so I could leave the car but when I got there the price that I was quoted for 4 tried to say it was for two. I won't be back I don't know what has happened to Integrity in our country but this was very disappointing.

I went to this location with appointment to change the oil. I had waited almost an hour and half to get oil changed. What's the point of appointment if waiting time is more than an hour. I felt they are totally discarding the customer time or giving priorities for different things.

6 Star service! The manager (Jason) was so kind to me and saved me a lot of money. All of the mechanics worked fast and they even dropped my car off to me at my place of business near by. I can’t express my level of gratitude for them! It’s so nice to see that in a world full of money hungry corporations there are still small town employees act human and decent.

I recently had the blower motor go out in my truck and the crew at Midas we're a huge help to get it back working. I called in the afternoon and they were able to take my truck in just a few hours before closing and diagnose and repair it for me, even when most other places I had checked were going to take a week or more to schedule. It was great customer service and I felt very well taken care of. A+ for these guys!

I have never had better service. Because of their diligence, they saved me $3000.00 or more. They also got my SUV ready for me just before an ice storm.i picked one up and left another for them to work on. Thanks to everyone at Midas, Grandin Rd.

I went in for an oil change which they did tell me over the phone that it would be 24.95, I agreed and asked if they had an available time for today, the person that answered the phone said for 1: 00 and made the appointment, got there a little early due to some inclement weather wanted to get there safely, they took my car in inspected it, rotated my tires like they said they would and they came back to waiting area telling me all that is wrong with the car, my CV joints needs to be repaired, my tires are off balance, they told me that the tires had to be balanced or my car will start shaking bad, so I had no choice but, to get it done, 2 tires for $30, I felt ripped off, well in a nutshell, I wind up paying more than I originally wanted to spend and since I was a woman by myself, I felt they took advantage of that, I don't think I will be bringing my car here again, this is my lesson learned.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer, including my family for years, the past time I went just like normal for an oil change, I had to pay in cash that day and the manager even made a comment about being annoyed and how he had to go the bank because of me, first off rude. I went to work and got a call that my rotors had punctured my breaks which isn’t even possinl and that it would cost me close to 500$ to fix. Absolutely horrified how they treat their customers and that they think that I am that dumb to believe something so ridiculous. I will never be back here and neither will my family. Such a shame a local business is such a scam.
