Middlefield Oil Change

My husband & I have gone to Middlefield Oil Change for years & years. We have never ever had any complaints until today!
We always trusted the guys who took care of us & knew that things were being taken care of, they always checked everything out thoroughly & if something needed replaced, fixed or filled they were done right! I always felt like they took pride in their job & cared about their customers. Today, for the first time ever I had a complaint.
Today there were 2 new guys in there who I had never seen there before. The older guy who stayed up top on the main floor did nothing other than take my payment, fill the washer fluid & refill the oil. He did not check the filters, or anything else under the hood. All he did was walk around & chatted with the uniform rental guy. I do not feel like this guy takes any pride in his job. He is only there to collect a paycheck. Granted, at least he is working unlike so many others but seriously dude, take some pride in what you do & put some effort into it. I probably won't be taking my vehicle back there again if that same guy is there. I don't trust him to notice or even know if something is off or needs fixing.
The younger kid did his job with draining the oil & check things out under the car & checked & filled all the tires. I have no complaints about the younger guy but the other dude needs to step up his game by A LOT!

We showed up a little before they opened and they took us right in. Super friendly and quick service. They won our business for our oil changes.

Not the best in customer service and it's a little more pricey. Mise well just go to Walmart

I had an oil change here, and a week later my battery went dead.they did not check my battery. Then two weeks later my car overheated because they did not top off the coolant like they were supposed to. They also did not check any of my lights to see if they were functioning. They would not allow me to use anything but the most expensive synthetic oil. And I ended up paying $70 for an oil change with all of these things missing. Do not recommend.

I always take my trucks there.it's the only one that carries the oil for my diesel truck.

My husband and I go here for all our oil changes. No matter what car or truck we drive we receive the best care. I appreciate Tahoe courtesy as a woman that they give! They have our vehicles on file so when I go they know what I need. They change my fluids and show me my filters. They are not scammers! They oil my hinges and check my air pressures!

Always friendly and helpful. When they are checking they always tell me if I should have something looked at.

Love this place! Does oil changes for all 8 of my trucks in the fleet. Economical, Efficient, and quality workmanship! Can’t ask for more!
