Midtown Urgent Care, Cincinnati OH

I am only giving this place 1-star because zero stars is not an option. Quite frankly there is a lot I can put up with, being lied to repeatedly is not one of them. They told me that I could not get both a PCR and a rapid test, this is despite the fact that I know they've done that with other people earlier that day. They asked why I need both and I explained that I HAD to have results by Sunday, no alternatives. They guaranteed that I would have results by then if I did the PCR test. When I hadn't heard by early afternoon on Sunday, I called and asked if they had the results, they did not. They did however, assure me that I would have results by the end of the day. Well I dont have results. If you like working with professionals who keep their word and are honest, do not go here. 0/5 do not reccomend.

Very friendly staff! And it was a pretty quick process. I went for a covid test and the girl who took my swab was super pretty ️ and very helpful! (I just moved here so I don’t know where pharmacies are, she recommended one close to me).

This was my third time at this location. They are very efficient and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. Doctor was very considerate.

I went in with chills and a sore throat and muscle weakness although they were fast with the test they didn’t take my temperature or other vital signs they only took my oxygen levels and once I had a negative Covid test they didn’t test me for anything else like the flu or strep and then didn’t give me anything for my symptoms and/or what I should do about them. It seems they only cared if I had covid or not.

I found Midtown because I needed a rapid COVID test. Getting an appointment was easy and quick, and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

This was the second time i have had to go for a covid test due to a positive covid exposure. While the wait time was a little longer than expected for my appointment today, as per usual the staff was friendly and accommodating. Once i was in for my appointment the staff quickly to care of me. I believe the girl who gave my covid test was name Makayla, and she was excellent at her job! 100% recommend midtown urgent

I needed a Covid test, so I checked the Midtown Urgent Care Website. Getting a time for the test was very easy, and a confirmation followed right away. Before my appointment time, I got at least 3 reminders and and a link to check in very quickly. Once inside, the whole staff was very friendly, and I did not have to wait. Danielle, the Medical Assistant was very helpful. She explained the whole test procedure, and everything went very well. Once my results were in, I got an email and a follow up call. I was truly very pleased with the quality of service and the whole experience.

The staff members were extremely kind! I felt very cared for and everyone made me feel safe and comfortable. I liked that I did not have to come into contact with any other patients and I was placed in a private room right away.

We made an appointment for Tuesday at10 AM. All went well took approximately 30 min from start to finish. Received results this morning by 10: 30AM Everyone was professional and all went well.

This place is great! Made appointments online which was very easy. I was certain to be on time but they do send a text before your appointment. If you're running no more than 10 minutes behind, you should have no issues. I've been two time now and both times, the nurses have been very sweet and the doctors have been incredibly kind. I will definitely go back to this place should a need ever arise. Thank you!

I was impressed by how well coordinated and reasonably safe it felt to go get a Covid test. I didn’t have to touch anything, was able to wait in my car until they were ready and had rapid results in 30 min. Feeling relieved and grateful.

Our urgent care visit was seamless. The medical staff and Dr.was outstanding! Very clean surroundings, thorough and friendly professionals. I recommend this small quaint facility for whatever medical needs they accommodate.

I don’t wanna say anything bad about this place because we got her test done pretty quickly. It was very easy to get in and out but I’m used to a little higher caliber officer. But I’d recommend for a rapid covid test. If they read this review I’d hope they’d have all of their staff wear scrubs and communicate a little better with each other.

Quick and efficient Covid test, process was great. Got results while I waited within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Had been to 3 other urgent cares for a COVID test. Midtown urgent care was quick friendly and gave me the test without any problems thank you so much

Online scheduling was super easy, and everyone inside was very nice. The only problem was they were running 40 min behind and they didn't communicate how far behind they were.

Rec’d a COVID test @ this location, and I loved the friendly, reassuring nurses and the doctor who seemed to really enjoy giving people good news. Thanks for the negative test!

Although the building looks a little run down, I would definitely recommend it for Covid testing. It was well organized, safe and efficient. Everyone was friendly and professional.
