Midwest Box's products are pretty good and their pricing is very good, but it is truly the people that make this the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. After years as a loyal, solid customer they treated me like a criminal. I've never experienced a company so many times recite that trite, annoying phrase "It's our policy. ". Departments don't speak to each other and they actually use that as an excuse for their behavior (e.g. Sales would say they have no control over a credit, that's the finance area). The owner is not just a nasty person but she's implemented policies that are totally customer-unfriendly. You better be a warehouse if you choose to do business with Midwest Box because the minimums you must accept are outrageous. Delivery terms unreasonable. Don't count on any flexibility or customer friendly solutions created to fit your needs.

My advice is to pay a little more and stay as far away as possible from this once good supplier who is absolutely awful now.

Rude but they will take you before your appointment some docks are tight

First of all you would be surprised how much goes into making boxes.
This business can and will satisfy your box needs.
From the outside of the building is unsuspecting of the people working hard for the boxing market.
The office staff is cheerful.
You can pick up or purchase one box or two thousand.
Easy access and easy service.

Directions: from 71s take exit 242. Left at light. Make immediate right at 71n ramp. Stay to the right at the split. Do not get on 71n. At light turn left which is bellaire. Turn right onto jasper. Turn right onto Melford.straight back to end turn right.
Staff was very helpful on phone with directions

They used to be great for picking up bundles of boxes at various sizes, but have since transitioned their entire business online and now only drop ship. The prices are now considerably higher and there are hundreds of other companies doing the same thing, but with more affordable prices.
