They gently and professionally did their job. Due to my insurance at my job it wasn't free but they made it worth everything penny fixing and replacing my filling.

I had a 9: 30 appointment for a basic cleaning and they didn’t begin until 11: 20. They did not once apologize for the wait, which means they either did not notice or did not care. The actual cleaning only took about ten minutes. They were not very thorough and the hygienist sprayed water all over my face as she sloppily rinsed. She asked, “is that good? ” at the end. I felt that was unprofessional. Never had a hygienist asked me that, she should know if her work is satisfactory. I understand they are trying to see a lot of patients, but with only one hygienist and one dentist in the whole office, the person who scheduled the appointments need to spread them out more. I won’t be returning.

Great dentist, they advertise emergency services, and actually provide it. I was in need of a dentist in a Saturday, they got me in immediately. Very professional and excellent staff.

If I could give 0 I would. Your not even in rooms your inbetween dressers! The guy is rude. Scheduled mine and 10 others appointments for 2 o’clock and he wasn’t there till 2: 20 waited 3 hours just to get a tooth pulled. Horrible experience! Then on top of that the tools are so old and look unsanitary! I felt unsafe just being there.

I would give less than one star if it was possible. This place is garbage, the man answering the phone is garbage, the service is garbage. My advice, do business elsewhere. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Have a real professional dental organization work on your oral needs. I wouldn't allow this place to brush my teeth. They should close this business down, it's worthless.

I called as a new patient. Was told my $550 dollar a month insurance wont pay and to go somewhere else. When I pressed for more information as to why that was and explained they were listed in network on my insurance's website, the man on the phone responded rudely and impatiently saying, "Look I already explained it to you, go somewhere else. " Then hung up. I am beside myself with how I was just treated by this person at your office. I wish I had gotten their name because they truly ruined my day.

I've been over 2 year's searching for the dentist office that deserved the money from ordering me denturesy. Well the dentist, a female, has been the best dentist in the state of Ohio. She's very good, the least pain, the fastest so polite I can tell she has heart, she cares! Like I said she's been the best.

Very slow. I waited 2 hours just for a cleaning. This place is very unprofessional. I need better insurance so I can go somewhere professional.

They were fast, inexpensive, and very helpful! And also they were open on a Saturday! I couldn’t thank them enough!

Bad customer service and the guy who answers the phone was disrespectful. Tdy I called to making sure that my daughters still have her appointment and every time I say my question that guy repeats how can help and at the end he yelling on me and said don’t call this office. I don’t recommend this clinic at all.

They are rude bad service and need to be reported they are terrible and rude towards customers

VERY BAD SERVICE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. The owner CALLED ME (a woman) out of my name and disrespected my family (making professional business personal) ontop of that was already disrespecting another lady who went to check in before me! I will NEVER COME BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANY SERVICE FROM THEM.

I was there 9 months ago. Horrible experience. Went there for the first time for a cleaning. Place is dirty and outdated. The dentist started filing down my fake tooth (3 veneers in front) it’s pretty obvious. I had to tell her that they were fake. And this is after they X-rayed. I wouldn’t even take my dog there.

Best dental experience I've had yet to date. Doing a full mouth extraction on every one of my teeth, and I have never been so happy with such quick and painless service. This office, the dentist and the staff are all out of this world great, and good at what they do.

This is the worst dentist ever. They are not clean, they are not thurough, and the service is terrible. Having been to many dentists in my life. I would not recommend this dentist. Also having had two previous sets of dentures, I can say from experience that you do not, want to go here for dentures. Also they are extremely rude. They certainly do not know how to treat people. They deserve 0 Stars.

I had 5 teeth pulled my very first visit, as I was wanting dentures. This was on a Friday, I was at the ER on Sunday because the pain was so bad. I went back to the dentist Monday, she cut some exposed bone off and said I was good. It is now Friday and I still have exposed bone and the pain is extremely bad. My husband called them and they hung up on him. Do Not go there, I won't be going back.

They should look into getting a secretary to answer the phone super disrespectful and unprofessional and you can barely understand their English

They are very friendly and welcoming. I went there in so much pain today and I left feeling so relieved. I had to tell them I love them. I will be returning for my last removal knowing I will be well taken care of!

She did her thing. I appreciate the work she's done. I recommend this dental office.iam out of pain. Great dentist.
