Midwest Dental Center, Toledo OH

I went to this office bc I was having a hard time getting in to a dentist and I needed a molar pulled (emergency) I was in a room waiting for the dentist as she was working on someone else. I could hear the drill and the other patient was SCREAMING out in pain, I yelled I want to go home so the dentist came in and numbed me (it was so painful) fast forward 1 week my chin and bottom lip are still numb indicating permanent nerve damage. I'm calling my oral surgeon in the morning. Do your research before you commit to something so permanent.

What an awful place. I arrived early for my appointment, and they didn't even speak to me until 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. No one was called back the entire time I was there. They told me they wouldn't do a filling in the back, and my insurance wouldn't cover a crown, so they asked if I wanted it removed. I just left. I would not wish this on anyone. Find somewhere else to go if you have any way possible to do so. BTW, my insurance would have covered a filling or a crown.

They were rude to me on the phone and me trying to called back cause my insurance accepts the cap for root canals.

I love this place they Took care of my husband very well. Fast appointment but you have to wait for a minute they take there time to take care of you. Other dentist takes 5 months to get in. Great place

Nice people nice place every body come here. We have lots of fun here. They took care of me and my wife. Extracted my wife tooth no pain

I came in because my insurance approved dentures. They took no impressions of my mouth before they started pulling teeth. The husband does not know how to talk to people. I’m not your wife and I’m not your daughter so you’re not gonna talk to me all crazy. I have a feeling I’m screwed with the denture thing. Stay far away

Very bad service. I gave them 300 dollars to get my teeth cleaned and they didn't cleaned it.

Make a appointment for 9 and Almost sat till 10: 30. And still didn’t get seen wouldn’t recommend at all

This dental center is the best dental center I have ever been to by far. They don’t mess around and charge you for appointment after appointment, you go in and they get done what needs to get done.

I had a lost filling near my front teeth from previous dental centers and the dentist here replaced it with a new (aesthetically pleasing) one during ONE visit! AND I didn’t even have to ask for it not to be a jarring and obvious filling material. The professionals here remembered me after 3 years! My family doesn’t go to medical centers regularly, but the fact that they could remember us after not seeing us for years really means something special. They’re very kind, and professional people! I think all dental centers should be more like this one, and I’m so grateful gift that is Midwest Dental Center. This is my forever Dental Center for now on!

If you’re looking for a reliable yet quick dental service, this is definitely the place to go. It may not be what you’re used to, but it’s the best. Reliable, honest, considerate, quick, trustworthy, dependable, integrity, and everything you need in a dental center.

Love the ladies that work there they do a great job and are so nice but that Man that works there and answers the phone is so rude and disrespectful all the time he need to get fired or work janitorial at night or something

Im extremely dissapointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. My 12 year old even said the woman who cleaned his teeth was rude. Do not recommend.

My friend was there to get dental work. She confirmed over the phone that she could use my card to pay for her service. For one, they started working on her teeth before even making sure the card worked. Then the manager started coming in and yelling at her when he tried to make the payment claiming they can’t accept the card. Like YELLING. Calling her stupid. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Over $50. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will be reporting them to BBB.

I just called them to make a appointment and he just told me to be there at 8: 30am Monday morning. Did ask for my name, phone number or any other information. I would avoid this place it's mad sketchy.
