Midwest Dermatology & Vein, Springboro OH

After reading these reviews I was prepared for the worst, however I had a good experience with them.
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, didn't wait long to see a doctor, and found them to be very helpful in finding a surgeon who would take my marketplace insurance.
I tend to be accident prone and not in the best health, so I have dealt with various doctors specializing in different areas of medicine. Some have made me question why they were in the medical profession, but the people at Midwest were nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional.

Ruth behind the front desk is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. I was blatantly lied to about my medical paperwork. I had to call 3 days in a row, my info was taken each time with a promise of a callback which never happened. I was advised my paperwork would be sent in yet it sat on their desk for 2 weeks. When I asked what was going on I was advised they’d “work on it and had just received my labs and needed them in order to send off my paperwork”. This was a lie, which I pointed out. I’ve had a copy of my labs and so has this office for more than 2 weeks now, the labs didn’t hold up the sending of my paperwork to the insurance company. No apology, very short and rude with me. Still no resolution so now I have to go into this office and seek resolution. Not recommended!

Leslie is who I see and she is great. She is very knowledgeable in her field, but still takes the time to explains things so they’re easy to understand. As nervous as I was for my first body scan, she made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves while addressing any questions and concerns I had.

Everything went great, from the front desk to the Dr.no complaints here. I don’t know why some many people have a bad time here.

So unorganized.missed appointments, lost prescriptions, staff is a mess.my actual nurse practitioner seems ok
