Like everyone else my Duke bills have been increasing over the past several months. Luckily I ran into Rob of Midwest Energy Management at the Sharonville Home Remodeling Show. I found his presentation on home energy loss very interesting so I asked him to come & do thermal imaging of my home. Best thing I’ve done.

He came to my home the next week & walked me thru all the weak spots that needed attention. I was so impressed that I signed up & the following week 2 very friendly / knowledgeable technicians (Mickey & Branden) came to do the install. They were in & out in about 2 1/2 hrs.

Anxiously waiting to see future improvement in my Duke bills!

Would give zero stars if I could, came to my house and talked my ear off for 2 hours about all these things that could help us and how great it all was. Said he would get me a quote Monday. No response, reached out and was told he was busy but the office would send something out at lunch time, then nothing after being told “sorry I’m at a pork convention” multiple attempts to reach them, no assistance provided.

The team of Alex and Cole were friendly and professional. They installed the radiant barrier in our attic and you can definitely tell the difference. Thank you Rob and Midwest Team!

Before they had completed installation there was a noticeable difference in the coldness of the conditioned air. All employees were to notch! Excellent product.

I’m so glad Rob looked at our attic and our old insulation. He found mold that another insulation company missed. The team installed radiant barrier in our attic and the difference has been amazing! Installation of reflective insulation has been one of the best investments for our home. The sales staff, installers and the inspector were so helpful in understanding the product and respectful of our property.

From initial contact through installation, I was in touch with 5 members of this company. They were all very customer service focused and knowledgeable. I'm impressed at their rapid response to questions & follow up care, the thorough thermal imaging & product explanation, as well as the lifetime transferable warranty & written savings guarantee. Within only a few hours of the radiant barrier installation, I began noticing improvement in my home's comfort level: drafts eliminated & increased temperature without changing the thermostat setting. A week later, with variable outdoor temperatures, my home stays 2°-3° warmer. Giving them 4.8 stars!

An appointment setter came door-to-door, saying that this company would do a free energy audit using infrared photography, and then they would look around the house to see what energy improvements could be made. The appointment setter was positive, professional and pleasant. The salesman they sent was one of the worst salespeople I have ever encountered. 1) He was 20 minutes late, without so much as a text to let us know. 2) The first thing he said once inside our home was, "Are you done with masks? I am so done with masks. I just hate 'em. " 3) He immediately started bragging about the company's Google ratings, and I said, but you're not even rated with the BBB, and he started trashing the way BBB works. At this point, I said, well, son, you're failing the rapport-building part of this exercise, so you oughta get on with the work. He asked me what I thought he was going to do, and I told him, and he allowed as how that was about right. For the second time, I told him he should get on with it, and he kept making obnoxious alpha male words. I told him again that he should get on with his work, and left the room, with my hapless husband holding the ball. I heard the salesman say he doesn't have to stay, and hubby and I simultaneously told him to leave, then. The two of us told him to leave, or get out! At least seven times before he finally left.

Rob arrived and entered the attic of our 6 unit apartment building in Florence. He presented several Thermal Images of our problem. He was great and professional.yes today is Sunday Rob's off day.

Very knowledgeable and informative. Helped solve an issue that we needed taken care of drastically. Rob was great and so was Cole and Alex. 10 out of 10.

Rob Thomas came out to our house and did a thermal imaging of our house. Turns out we had next to no insulation in our attic. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He talked to us about their reflective insulation and how it could save us from our ridiculously high energy bills. To our surprise, it was extremely affordable and provides a great investment in the house. Cole and Alex were able to come that weekend to install and they were just as great as Rob. Super polite and friendly. They got the job done quickly and I commend them for working in the scorching temperatures in attics. They even did a quick repair on some of our duct work that was contributing to our problem. It's insane how quickly we noticed a difference in our house. Our AC doesn't need to work as hard and we are anxious to see how much more money we will save in the winter when it seemed like our furnace was working overtime 24/7. Definitely have them come out to scan your house! Even if you don't get insulation installed, they provide excellent money/energy saving tips. Couldn't be happier and we appreciate all the work they have done for us!

If you're lucky enough to have Anthony come out to your house listen to him! Very knowledgeable and super nice guy! He walked me through my house with his infrared camera, gave me all kinds of tips to save money and be more efficient month to month. I got the radiant barrier in my attic (I already knew I was having insulation issues up there) and he got me all taken care of the same week. On average already my Energy bill dropped by 1/3.

Both the presentation of the product and the installation were exceptional. Took only about 3 hours for the installation. Noticed that he furnace is not cycling as much. The thermal wrap on the water heater enables it to warm up faster and we like the shower head alot. Surprised to get refund because they did not need as much product as initially quoted. There are not many companies who would do that.

They were professional and knew what they were doing. Rob, Cole and Alex did an awesome job in

Rob came to do a thermal image of our home and where we maybe loosing energy.was very professional and knowledgeable of all products that may save us on our energy bill. They work with you on scheduling and answering all of your questions. Call them let them come out and do a scan of your home. Let them show you what they can do to help you save on your energy bills.
