The waiting time was long. I was there for two hours. I wouldn’t wait like that again except for Dr Jaweed who is great

Upon arrival, I showed my ID and insurance card. Then I was given a handheld tablet to enter insurance info again. That should be unnecessary. I gave the tablet back and asked why must I enter the same info I just gave? One receptionist tapped several keys which bypassed that section. But I still had to update personal info that has not changed for years but apparently was not in some new database. What a waste of time!
And as I was about to leave, I had to ask whether I owed a co-pay, which I did. Not a very competent operation, in my opinion.

Visit was good. Extremely efficient. Only suggestion would be to have sunglasses ready for those who have pupils dilated.

They are friendly, professional, and thorough. The doctor gave me as much time as I needed. I highly recommend Midwest Eye Center!

The work up was very extensive. I was impressed with the large amount of testing that was done. I’m very happy and satisfied with the visit that I had at the Eye Center.

The staff is friendly and easy to work with. My only critique is that when you call in? You don't go directly to the location. You go to a centralized center. That doesn't always direct the messages to the specific location.

The staff of the MidWest Eye Center has been professional, courteous, and caring, with my visual heath care. My treatment has been inclusive with my input and that makes me feel very comfortable with dealing with each and every member that I’ve come into contact with. My privacy has been with the upmost attention. Dr. Mosellen and her staff are the best. I’m truly honored to have them as a part of my treatment team, and would recommend them to family and friends.

Very prompt. Easy check in process. Very professional. Dr. Dixon is very through and keeps you well informed.

Professional and courteous assessments and short wait time in reception area, testing rooms and for a test review with outcomes and final test with Doctor Dixon. His delivery of the results was clear and specific. His response about filling out insurance paperwork was positive. Overall, I have never met a more caring and concise doctor that wants you to ask questions.

I am always happy when I see Dr. Mosellen! She is so pleasant to be with. She really has helped me with my dry eyes and other issues. She is so knowledgeable and kind and makes sure that you are following up with your eye care always!

This was my first visit with Dr. Nakvi, although I have been a patient for a long time with this practice.
She was very pleasant and efficient. She reviewed my history with me and examined my eyes, and told me my eyes were perfect. I will see her once a year, and Dr. Daun or his associate once a year.

Highly recommend! Short wait times. Very efficient and friendly staff. Had cataract and glaucoma surgery with Doctor Dixon. Great results. Was on eye drops for over 25 years before surgery and now no longer need eye drops and sight is great. Thank you Midwest Eye Center. Kathy Spiering
