I picked up a rental car this morning from Fairfield and the lady who helped me, Lauren, was extremely helpful and competent. I would highly recommend working with her if you were interested in leasing a car.

Mike Albert Rental Staff saved us when another rental business kept telling us they didn't have any rental cars (8 locations).

The staff worked with us in every way. Our rental car only had 17 miles on it when we picked it up.

I visited Mike Albert this morning on Dixie Highway in Fairfield, per the dealership to pick up a rental that was reserved. I came in contact with a male (employee) Anthony who was taking my information. He was extremely rude, nasty attitude, and came off as he didn't want to be there this morning. After being helped by Lauren everything was taken care of in a professional manner. Lauren was the complete opposite, nice, courteous, helpful, understanding, and apologetic for her Co-worker's shortcomings. I give 5 stars only because Lauren was great! Again, thanks, Lauren!

Absolutely the easiest car rental process perfomed by a friendly, knowledgeable and competent agent.

This is the first time I got a rental from Mike Albert. I was here because my car was in the shop at Jeff Wyler Kia and they supplied the loaner car. First one they put me in reeked of weed.like BAD. You're not supposed to smoke in them but someone surely did in this one. The next day, I emailed the gal in the office (Lauren) was nice as could be and offered to swap the car for another. I brought the one back and got a fresh new Toyota and was on my way! Excellent customer service. Lauren is the best!

I got approved online WALKED for 1.5 HOURS to get there then got turned away because my ID was out of state when I gave them that info in advance.

My rep and the staff at Mike Albert made my rental experience a good one equipment's good as I said I'll be getting another one next year for the same event

I am super please with Mike Albert, I rented a car from them for a month, very convenient and given the bad experience I had with my previous cars engine going out, Mike Albert helped us out and was able to buy a car. You would be wise to inquire about Jeff Wyler's warranty service turn around time. Get promises and assurances in writing. Look into why so many people left employment of the dealership before, during and after Jeff Wyler acquired Superior Hyundai.

Extremely easy renting and returning. Even when things don’t go as planned and you have to extend a rental. It’s just as easy is as 123 ABC. Love it!
