Being sold something that was not needed is bad practice. July 22nd 2022 I had a transmission flush preformed with 48,349 miles on my vehicle. October 16th 2023 I went in and was told I needed a transmission flush and that there was no record on file on this happening. Truck had 59,470 miles on. Good thing I said no and went back to look at previous receipts. Hard to trust a dealership trying to sell you on services that are not needed.

The last service for the vehicle leave with mixed fillings.
The advisor was nice and friendly, but the tech spill the oil over front of the engine when removed old oil filter. After that recommended diagnostic for the oil leak- 156$.
I stop to the service shop on the following Monday to request check for the leak, because is happened after oil change and I found oil spot on the driveway. The advisor this time was not so friendly and generally stated that is not your problem and if I want to find out cause of leak needs to pay for the diagnostic. Also I found out that this time non of fluids was checked and added if needed.
Definitely the first advisor have 10 of 10, but overall I'm not satisfied.

This is some of the best experience I've ever received from a dealership! Such love and appreciation from the team, esp Gary Lamb, Ryan Rege, and Deb Chapman, with fair deals. This is my 5th time getting a car from them and I'm going to keep coming here for a long time!

Staff was very friendly. I had appointment and my vehiclevwas taken in immediately when I arrived. I bought a 2023 Colorado and this was my 1st oil change and tire rotation which I really appreciated the free service.

Tiffany was great. I needed tires and she got me quotes to pick from. She ordered they on Friday and when they came in, she called me to let me know they where in. She also was able to get my car in the same day to have the tires put on my car. Excellent service.
