Mike's Carwash, Beavercreek OH

I love this carwash, I'm so sad it's closed right now due to the tornados. I'm praying for Mike's to reopen soon. And prayers for the employees. There is no better carwash around.

It is a bit expensive for small budgets like mine but your car is surely clean and shiny when you are done with this place.

Does anybody know when they are projected to be back operating again. I don't want to take my vehicle anywhere else.

I bought a new truck and took it to Mike car wash for a ultimate wash service. The service was horrible, my truck got scratching on the hood and on the side of my truck. Manager took photos of my truck stated that there machine would not cause scratches, and that he would take report but he seriously doubt if the company would reimburse me for damage. About a week later I received a letter in the mail stated that thet are really sorry for the bad experience and that they are not responsible because there machine has no flaws and that it would not cause scratch on my truck but her 2 coupon for a free wash. If you are reading this review please run away save yourself the headache and goes somewhere else. Horrible business, the was first and last experience I would have at Mike Car Wash.

Without me even asking, the employee got window paint off my car that had been there since october, and i could not remove it after multiple attempts throughout 6+ months! Thank you so much!

Cluster. There is no control within the lanes after you pay. No control. Everyone is merging at once figuring out who's next. Recommend gates at end of lane to manage flow. Too much going on in the world today with people and driving as it is. Don't need a road rage incident at the car wash because someone feels they got cut off. Also vacumns should be free. I've gotten more out of a less expensive monthly car wash plan. Just some recommended changes Mike, and you may end up keeping a monthly paying customer.
