I went to the Eastgate location because they were able to fit my truck in with the wide tires

We waited 15 min. Today 9/5 at about 3: 30 pm. We were third in line but the attendant was giving a sales pitch. Nobody acknowledged that we were there. No one told us to go around and get our wash. Nothing! So we left.

Typical drive-thru car wash. I only wish we had a full service car wash that does inside as well as outside including windows. Have to drive 22 miles to get that kind of service.

Breona answered questions about the service and promotions very well and was cheerful and respectful.
Logan washed our wheels upon request without hesitation.
Always coming back.

We had our car washed on 6/7/2023 and it left scratches on my windshield bad. If anyone else had scratches or marks that same day please let me know. Thanks. I will keep checking the reviews to just to see if anyone else has had this happen.

Always a treat going to Mike's. Put it in netural, foot off the brake, and enjoy the ride.

Had to go through it twice because they didn't get the bird poo off the back window the first time. I tried to tell the fellow at the beginning of the wash and wasn't able to. So I ended up having to go through again.

Was in there yesterday to get my car washed and it's the first time I've come out and my car was still dirty where it wasn't clean. Not sure if I'll use them again

You can buy books of hundreds of washes that never expire and bring the costs down to $7.52 per wash, a deal. I buy a book and slowly use it over time. They never expire. The wash is basically good, staff use foaming high power spray to clean stains and insects, road grime, etc. They are very efficient, takes no time, and the staff are agreeable and work diligently.

Dont have any bad experience but its too expensive for a basic carwash and don’t even offer free vacuum after all that

Every time I go through this car wash my car is still dirty. The last time I went trough I got the tire shine. When I got home half the tires had tire shine on them.

Usually I just get basic washes because it’s fast and cheap and anything more is never noticeable enough to pay the crazy prices. Upgraded to the ultimate ceramic today. Left TONS of spots all over my car. The door handles even had brush marks and the bird poo was still on my windshield. I went back through and showed them. They said they’ve done a ton of rewashes because ITS WINDY and the wind is messing with the ability for the dryers to work properly. That makes complete sense but.my dude, there is a whole garage door that comes down so the weather doesn’t mess with the drying. Simple fix, more space between each vehicle gives the garage exit door time to stay shut long enough for the dryers to work. I appreciate they let me roll through again but I left way more space between myself and the car in front of me this time and it was much better. Anything more than a basic wash is complete waste of money.

Wasn't the best car wash I have gone through, sloppy job by attendedant spraying before I drove through.

Love their ceramic car wash (even though a bit pricey). As long as they are not busy, great job

We have been going to Mike's since they opened in our area. Why 3, Everytime we go here it doesn't matter if we're in our car or truck it never gets our vehicles totally clean.we always have to go back thru cuz u can visibly see dirt, bird poo, brake dust or whatever.twice I've gone thru & it looked like the back end never got touched. Get it together Mike's or I'm going somewhere else. I will add pics later.

One of the worst washes I have had at this location. I have a unlimited package and had to really wipe down my car after the most I have ever had. I still do not understand why they do not spray down the back of the vehicle like they do the front.

Staff was very nice but the cleanliness of my car was awful. Soap residue was left all over it, still dirty in spots and felt like cars were being rushed through.

One of the vacuum's was not picking up properly and after moving to another vacuum, they kindly and quickly refunded my $2.
