Not only did he show up early, but had it fixed in about 15 minutes and for just the price of a service call. Can definitely recommend!

Must say I should have listened to the reviews before having these folks come out.very unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. When I questioned why the new opener they were quoting was $150.00 more than a competitor I had the phone hung up on me. I will never call these guys again and be sure to warn all family and friends to avoid at all costs.

Absolute worst experience with a garage door company! We are in the process of suing them for refusing to fix the pathetic job that they had done on both a new and used garage door. They sent out their nephew to fix the first new door put in and it broke within 4 months and then sent out brother-in-law to fix used garage door and broken new garage door and both garage doors were broken within a month. I called Mike the owner of the company to personally come out and fix both and he ended up calling my husband a dumb*#@ and would not except any questions or replies. Very rude and disrespectful. We recorded all his excuses for why the garage doors were not properly put in by any of his workers and he refused to fix the problem. He seems to think that whenever someone takes him to court that he will never have to pay, but he is definitely wrong this time! Don't waste your money or time with these fools!

Top notch, family-owned business. Mike actually made a few adjustments and got my opener working again without selling me any parts.

Hands down the worst experience with a business I’ve ever had. He scheduled us for a new door and installation on Memorial Day. At first I wondered with it being a holiday but I NEVER heard they weren’t coming. He never showed. I sent a text to inquire and the messages I got back shocked me. He was so incredibly rude, telling me he was disappointed that I would think he would work on a holiday. Claims that he attempted to call me however I had no missed calls or voice messages. And he blamed me for not communicating that it was a holiday! Never once did he apologize. Truly the rudest company I’ve ever almost worked with.

Had a good experiance with this company the entire process from calling to completion took like 1.5 hours the timeliness was great my springs broke and they got fixed quickly they made sure it was in working order comes with a 1 year warranty. Felt like they gave me a fair price for same day service and it being a Saturday afternoon Thanks!

My garage door broke at 7 AM, when I called at 8 AM when they opened, they were able to offer me service that day! The technician arrived by 10 AM, quickly gave me a quote, and had the job done by 11 AM. He was quick and courteous and finished the job in the polar vortex!

Our garage door broke at 7 am and they were to us by 10: 15. They had the job completed by 11: 30. Both of the men were incredibly kind, thorough, and courteous. They did the job efficiently and well done! Very happy with this service.

Horrible service had appointment for Monday at noon and nobody show up at all not even a phone call if this how they do business im glad they didnt show up!

Arrived on time. Garage door opener not working, due to operator error. Fixed no charge. Inspected door, said spring was going bad, but didn't push repair said to call when it failed working. Great service, I highly recommend.

The spring for my garage door broke on the evening of the 4th of July and they had it fixed the same day! Even missing the fire works, so I could get to work the next day.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday. They never showed up or called. I had to call and get a new appointment for Monday morning. Once again I waited for 2 hours and they never showed up or called. I called them back a third time and they said they were really busy and couldn't fit me in untill Monday night.

We went with Superior Garage Doors of Dayton. Unlike Mike's they came out that day, on time, with great service!

"Fixed" our springs. Did not properly reattach the cables, leaving us unable to close our door, and basically told us too bad. Offered to come out days later, and give us a price to fix.

Update: PDQ Garage Doors was able to help us. They were familiar with correcting this company's work product.

I have done business with Mike for about 5 years. From fixing old opener and repairing surrounding door to installing a new opener. They do great work and have great customer service at really good prices.
