Mike's pizza and more, Holland OH

Good food and great service. When our X-Large Supreme pizza was accidentally downsized to a large, the manager replied to our email within 24hrs and even offered a replacement X-Large pizza; all while he was on vacation!

Ordered an X-tra large pizza got a large and all Mike said was accidents happen & that was it. Reminded me of someone who said it is what it is Never will I order from them again

The place started out nice for us.but so far every single time we order anything its a messed up order.we have gave the place multiple chances and cannot do it anymore

The pizza I ordered was absolutely fantastic. Best pizza I have ever had. Great sauce, ingredients were of a better quality not normally used by chain stores. It is well worth it folks!

We phoned in our order and stopped in to pick it up. I was wearing a mask, but not any of the employees. It caught me off guard or I would've walked out without getting our food. Contacted the store through the website to see if it was an isolated incident or should I patronize elsewhere? First time I didn't get a survey from Mike's nor did they bother to respond. From the review before mine, I got my answer. They are blatantly disregarding the mask mandate. Like their food, but will no longer patronize their establishment. I will spread word of mouth as well.

In response to the owners response, no one was wearing a mask including the girl at the register. We will be going elsewhere where they care about their customers. Have already informed others who I have sent to their establishments of their practices. They're going to do the same.

This place does not follow any of the Covid-19 guidelines. They do not wear masks or gloves. Also they do not have any sort of protection between staff and customer such as a plastic shield. I threw the pizza in the trash when I got home and bought a pizza at a place that follows all the Covid-19 guidelines.

In reply to the response below from the owner: Nobody working at your place was wearing a mask including the person at the counter. The Ohio Restaurant Association “fully supports” Ohio. Gov. Mike DeWine’s decision to require face coverings in public settings in red-level - high-risk - counties. Lucas county where you are located was and still is a red-level. Obviously your place was not in compliance at that time.

Finally tried this place after seeing it for years. Sorry I waited. The calzones are awesome. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Definitely try this place.

I was charged 14.25 debit for a sub today w delivery.
I realized I forgot the sub promo sub 7.
Called back w code was charged another 13 dollars debited on my card.

Ordered philly steak calzone they put mushroom on it. I'm alergic to mushroom. The online menu does not say it has mushrooms I called and he said it does have mushrooms l raised my voice being upset and hung up on me twice. I will never order from there again and I will post every day about the treatment

I walked into Mike's pizza on 8-15-20 and not one employee was wearing a face mask. I was horrified to think they are making food that you and I eat. I did not buy and walked out. Health department was notified. In response to the owner. That's not true that they wear mask when dealing with customers. The manager was not wearing one when talking to me. Know what's going on with your employees before you give us your riot act.
