I had a wonderful experience here today! Everyone at Milan was absolutely wonderful. The facility was very modern and clean. The front desk receptionist was lovely. She offered me water and treated me like a guest. She assisted with scheduling my appointment and was very friendly as well. The manager was very helpful and got me a good price for my treatment, and thoroughly explained the financial aspect of the services, as well as what to expect. The provider was informative as well and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I was unable to receive treatment at my first visit due to recent tanning, but I am happy that the provider played things safe rather than risking damage to my skin. I’m excited for my next visit to Milan and I highly recommend anyone to come here.

Melissa is located here. She is awesome and has great customer service skills. She and the staff are very personable and made coming there a great experience. I would definitely recommend Milan and their employees. Aubrey was my Nurse Practioner. She is very skilled and able to provide exactly what you need and relaxing and funny conversation.

I've been going here for over a year now and I've always had a great expierience. My last session I was having a really hard time and they wanted someone else who was learning the job to do my chest and abs. I was very hesitant and didn't want that. I was almost in tears and the tech who normally does my sessions kind of pushed the situation when it was clear how uncomfortable I was. I'm normally very comfortable with the same tech who's been doing my sessions for some time but now I was naked with two people in the room and I was freaking out in my head. The woman in training not only did my chest and abs but also my bikini area and the back of my legs, a little more than just the chest and abs. This really doesn't have any reflection on her as she was learning but she missed some areas and I was so uncomfortable I didnt want to say anything. The whole experience was uncomfortable, and I dont even want to go back because of this and I'll likely switch locations. I really wasn't ok with any of this.

I just had my first Laser Hair removal treatment and everything went well. They were very informative and helpful with the process and it was a good clean environment and they care about safety and the customer experience.

Clean facility, nice staff, top of the line machines - looks like a great service. I couldn't get past the 30 minute consult with a PowerPoint presentation that ended with asking how much I'm willing to spend per month and seeing if I qualify for financing. This isn't a hundreds of dollars service for one area - it's a thousands of dollars service. If you want the Mercedes Benz of hair removal for your hoo ha, this is your place.

They are nice and the laser works. They have a laser for darker skin tones. Just finished my second treatment. I stopped getting ingrown after the first treatment. Really happy about that.

The staff here is great! I havent laughed this hard in awhile! They are very attentive, great conversations as well.

This place has been absolutely unprofessional since attempting to leave an honest review. They wanted me to call them to follow up about it and when I did, they hung up on me.

It was a 4 star review but I converted it to a 1 star review because when I went in for my appointment, while I was in my most vulnerable state, the technician began accusing me of leaving a review that I wasn’t happy with hair removal. I thought she was going to cry. This felt hostile and unprofessional and I did not complete my services that day.

My review, before this uncomfortable confrontation and abysmal follow up, was 4 stars. This place’s reaction to anything less than a 5 star review is unsettling.

I think my review was really helpful because it contained valuable details about what the experience is like to finance your treatment through Milan. They use ALLY as a lending partner, which will perform a hard inquiry on your credit for each area purchased, even if they are all purchased (and financed) on the same day. Ie: 3 hard inquiries on your credit if you buy 3 areas purchased together.

I also think my review left an honest portrayal of the length of time you can expect to continue getting treatments. Many times in my two years of going here, I’d receive a phone call telling me to reschedule my appointment because the machine was down or they didn’t have staff. Many times I was happy to do so, but then the technicians would remind me that the treatment will not be effective if I’m not being consistent with my appointments.

Two years of appointments later, they’re removing my review for being honest and hanging up on me when I follow instructions they gave me.

I was given incorrect information about the time span between each appt. It wasnt until i went to another appt at another location that the 3 appts that was booked were incorrect and I'd have to get new ones rebooked. Which is annoying because i book far out because i travel for work.

Staff is great. Results are not. 2 years down and I am growing more hair on areas where I had none. 10k down the drain.

I was originally going to Avon but it wasn’t working out for me so I went to this location for my 3rd session with Alex and she was amazing! Everyone is so nice and kind as soon as you walk in and the energy is phenomenal! Everyone makes you so comfortable too! Great experience totally worth the price!

Milan was referred to me by a friend and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Everyone here has been so nice, has explained everything in detail and has answered all questions asked. They have financial options for people, it’s a lifetime guarantee so there isn’t a time limit in which you need to use your package and they have high procedural standards. Lastly, the difference you are even after one visit is astonishing. I’d get red bumps in my underarms and after the first session, I saw minimal to no regrowth of hair and the bumps were gone!

This location is really great. Everyone is super kind and personable. If you’re looking into laser hair removal, you should definitely check them out.
