You know what's not helpful when your dad dies? Getting unsolicited, faux sympathy cards two months after the fact by a bunch of ghouls poring over public death records. Hopefully no one else in my life will require such services any time soon, but I'll be sure to tell everyone I can to take their business elsewhere if they should. Leave people to their grief, you vultures. You should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves.

Was looking for a gift for a high risk pregnancy and the saleswoman was ever so helpful and picked out a medal. Very friendly staff and nice assortment of gifts, wreaths and flowers.

Michael Feinberg did a wonderful job taken care of us. They have some amazing things there. I would definitely recommend Milano Monuments. AWESOME

Edited on 8/31 - I must say that Milano really stepped up with my sisters headstone. After trying unsuccessfully to fix the stone, Milano replaced the entire piece. Dave from Milano is an angel. He guided me through every step and now I am proud to say that my baby sister has a beautiful stone. I do not know who it was that I originally spoke with, but this company did everything in their power to make this situation correct. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. Thank you.

Edited on 8/12 - After much back and forth, Milano Monuments has really stepped up their service. Dave is going out there personally to try and fix the lettering. He was very apologetic that it was taking so long. Will reserve final review when the work is completed.

The etching on my sisters stone is almost gone! One can not read the stone. It is almost flat. They are trying to tell me that I did not clean the stone (have never heard of this), it should of been repainted (?). Every other headstone around my sisters is in great shape and some of them have been there twice as long. My sister passed away in 2012. They have thrown everything at me (type of stone, type of paint, not cleaned). I do not see how THEIR decision of a paint vendor should impact me. Make this right!

We worked with Dave at Milano Monuments. We were able to complete the entire transaction from headstone selection, color, style and the entire design process remotely. What a blessing during a difficult time made more challenging with COVID-19 pandemic.

I've purchased a stone from Milano's before and the service was superb, so when I needed another one I came back. I worked with David on this stone. Due to the whole pandemic we did everything on Zoom. The experience was different, but still wonderful. We designed it all over the internet. I went into the store to sign off on the stone. When I realized I didn't add the nickname to the stone I emailed David and he had the new design done within 15mins of me emailing him. I will forever shop and do business with Milano's for as long as they are in business which I wish is forever.

They have a religious store there as well with a wonderful selection of First Holy Communion items, Confirmation, Christening and more.

Spoke with Zack and Mike. Made it very easy for my family and I. Great service and wonderful people. Reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would! We spent over $25,000 on a monument three years ago and it is STILL NOT IN PLACE. They ruined my fathers funeral and burial. The staff could care less about your family; they just want your money. Worst communication and flat out lies when they do call. I can’t believe this company has any reputation for good service. They are insensitive money grabbers! Find another monument provider!

I have gone here for years to get flowers for the cemetery and to buy gifts for family and friends. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This place is the bomb.
They have such a large selection of items and there prices r very reasonable.
Also the people that work there are always knowledgeable and super friendly.
I have been going here for 19 years and whenever I stop in there is always something new to see.

Ordered a temporary grave marker for my mother's grave from them. Made out of wood, very hard to find anyone doing wood grave markers. Item was done as specified, shipped well packaged, arrived earlier than advised. Very professional, compassionate customer service. And did i mentioned they also do wood projects?

Great service. I asked for ornaments that no one else could get and they managed to come through.

Wanted my mothers name and birth year and death year put on stone that was already at the cemetery.they told me 8-12 weeks and they would call when it was done.it took 16 weeks and nobody called to say it was finished.if you want something done, go directly to the cemetery office, fast and efficient and they will keep you informed.
