I'll start with the good:
My little one seemed to love it. Receiving pictures when I got them was good. Quick responses when I had to ask questions through the app (not often). They appeared to be receptive to feedback. Price isn't terrible. Good location. The security concept at the front entry door is good in theory. However, add in the hustle and bustle of pickup with multiple parents arriving at the same time, it can get over crowded and people just walk in without entering their codes.

The bad:
Didn't feed my little one even though the times were literally labeled on the bottles. When confronted they said they weren't sure if baby needed to be fed and went by the paper rules filled out when I first enrolled my little one. Even by the papers, baby was still almost 2 hours late on bottles. However, my child wound up going almost 6.5-7 hours without a bottle in the morning. Could this have been avoided? ABSOULTELY. They use the app for a reason and also had my phone number yet they failed to use the resources available to them.
Failed to log bottle times. Amber did go on a search for bottles for me to ensure baby didn't go without another feed. I'll give her credit for this and she usually is responsive. However, the infant room workers response was that I walked in while she was "finishing up feeding him. " Why would I go out of my way to find out if my child ate if I saw you feeding him?
On another occasion my husband dropped our baby off and told the infant teacher the bottle times. Instead of them telling him he needed to bring our child to a different room, they had Amber contact me to tell me we can't leave our baby in a room unattended. Now, I see the fault on both sides here. However, why would you NOT tell him to bring an infant to the proper room knowing full well he's in there when he just told you when baby needs to eat again?
These things only happened once and were rectified after speaking with the director and sending a very in-depth message to all staff regarding his feed times on the app they use [except when they're not sure about feeding a BABY? ].

We relocated and pulled him out of this daycare as a result. However, had we not moved, we likely would've removed him from the daycare just given the feeding situation.
