Love the oreo one and the Yammy Taro milkie WITH EXTRA TARO. They said they could not do that even though I told them to charge me more for that. I usually get it like that in this location and also at the kenwood location. I mean I get if he doesn’t want to do it for free but I am paying for it! Service gets 1 star today, but the place is still nice.

From the moment I walked in the place was welcoming and smelled delicious. The staff was patient with ALLL my questions and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place

Staff was rude when we were ordering, very short with us and trying to rush our order. They were rude to other staff. When making rolled ice cream, they dropped a roll and refused to make us a new one. $20 for 3 rolled ice creams. The inside smelled awful, along with a clogged toilet. Ice cream was okay, but the presentation was not worth the price.

Been here a few times and each time they serve up some delicious rolled ice cream! The staff overall doesn’t seem to interested in you as a customer, but the one person who made ours the last time asked HOW MANY of the toppings we wanted, and that really made my day. Delicious, relatively quick, and not a bad price. Will come back for sure

My friend introduced me to Milk Jar a few years ago. I got the Strawberry Matcha latte with boba. It was so good, it wasn't too sweet and spot on. I really liked the boba too, it was perfectly chewy. I highly recommend this place to anyone. When I visit Cincinnati, I always come here.

There is a guy that has been at the kenwood location and here and he is very unapproachable and unhelpful. He should probably not be the one on register because I didn’t want to tip very much because he was not a vibe but then he was STARING when I was typing in the tip. The menu is a tad confusing as well.

The best Bingsu in cincy! I love Sunset in Thai and fruit tea is was great! Nice stuff and good price:)

They said they aren't allowed to make boba teas with no milk, because "it's too strong. " Isn't that for the customer to decide? Disappointing.

Staff is friendly though, so I will give them a star for that.

It was our first time and was trying to find out what to order. The person getting and making our order was smirking and being rude. No wonder why the place was empty. The worst customer service ever. Not coming back. I’m asian and this bubble tea is not even that good. It taste fake.

There's nothing that can kill a "boba feeling" more than grumpy staff. The Milk Bar staff were all so sweet and patient as I didn't know what I was doing. They sweetly answered all my questions.

I felt like the coffee drink could be a little stronger, but over all, I would definitely come back if we are ever in the area

Great teas when they make them right. But horrible attitudes when they are fixing there mistakes! They need to hire new people who aren't going to driving there customers away. (Drive to a different location if you want a tea.)

Fruit tea was alright but probably not worth the price. Service was very poor. Staff were not friendly, and two door dash orders, and tea and ice cream for two people behind me were completed before I got my tea. Would not recommend

This place is awesome! Delicious matcha milk teas! Love the unicorn poop rolled ice cream as well! Staff is very nice and very knowledgeable.

Cute little place. Husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon. It was our first time in and it took us a while to go over the menu. There’s a lot! We order the mango fruit tea with boba and a lemon lime tea with boba. Both were good, but maybe just a tad overpriced. The two young men working behind the counter weren’t overly friendly, but got people through the line fast and efficiently.
