Very caring staff from reception to the end checkout. Nurse was compassionate making sure I was ok. Dr Wagley explained everything assured me, made sure I was doing ok.

Dr. Wagley is the best oral surgeon around. Compassionate, understanding and addressing your concerns makes him quite unique.

I would highly recommend Dr. Billy to anyone. His entire staff and himself at their Boardman location made my wisdom tooth removal surgery so effortless and relaxed for me. With little to no swelling, little to no pain (slight discomfort), I can’t thank Dr. Billy and his Boardman office team for everything they did to make my experience the best it could be for me.

Great experience! The office is clean, professional, and efficient. Dr. Billy extracted five wisdom teeth from my 18-year-old daughter, and we were in and out in under an hour and a half. From the front office to the clinical staff, everyone was pleasant and helpful and eager to answer any questions we had. Needless to say Dr. Billy did a stellar job and my daughter is recovering very well. I highly recommend Dr. Billy and his practic!

Friendly and caring staff. Really like the Dr.very personable. My only complaint is that you don’t take many insurance plans. I have coverage through Anthem Federal and Humana and neither one is accepted by you. Paying by cash is very expensive and you don’t offer pymt plans.

The doctor and staff were so amazing and accommodating to my anxiety. Even with having issues due to the electric being out they still moved us along in the office quickly.

Dr. Billy and his staff did everything to make our sons wisdom teeth extractions a good one! They were very knowledgeable, helpful and informative when it came to our sons before and after care. We would highly recommend them if you have children who need their wisdom teeth pulled!

We have nothing but praise for Mill Creek Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. From Linda with last minute insurance issues, the office staff, medical assistants and Dr. Billy, we couldn’t be happier. We had both our son’s wisdom teeth out at the same time and things couldn’t have went smoother. We were given supply bags for immediately after for the ride home, detailed instructions and even a follow up call that evening from Dr. Billy himself checking in on us! We were given scripts for medications and pain meds to aid the boys in their recovery that worked wonders. As a nurse I appreciated that, why wait until we have a problem, when we can do things to help prevent it! Awesome job Dr. Billy and staff, we will recommend to all!

My daughter who is 5 had an abscess start Thursday night. Her face swelled pretty quickly. Her pediatric dentist said I needed to find an oral surgeon to have to tooth removed asap. I called Mill Creek and the doctor was in a procedure so the front desk was not sure but would get back to me. They called me back within 10 mins and had my daughter squeezed in for an appointment even through they were completely booked. They were so patient with my daughter, talked her through everything and made her feel as comfortable as they could. With it being 3 days before Christmas, Dr. Wagley stayed on top of how my daughter was feeling. Called to check on her multiple times and even stepped us through everything. He truly showed that he cared about his patients and the parents. I am forever thankful for this office and will be telling EVERYONE to go here. Thank you guys again for everything!

Very nice staff. Were very good at making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Billy called himself to do a follow up check later in the day, which was very unexpected. Would definitely recommend this team.

I have been dealing with damage done to two teeth by a previous dentist for 15 years so I understandably am nervous about having any major work done. I’ve had several surgeries in Cleveland on both teeth to try to save them until finally they had to be extracted. Dr. Wagley made me feel comfortable and informed during my appointments. He did the extraction very quickly and painlessly and several months later completed my two Endosteal implants. Very happy with the care I received and my results. Would highly recommend.

Dr Billy is a great, very knowledgeable oral surgeon. His staff in both Boardman and Austintown offices are very nice and helpful.

I was very nervous going in for wisdom teeth removal. At my consultation, Dr. Billy was very attentive to detail and provided me a thorough exam and pros and cons explanations. I made the decision to have surgery. The process was smooth. Everyone was very nice and professional. The surgery was 45 minutes and they ensured I was prepared for after care with notes and appropriate medication. I highly recommend!

Excellent staff even better oral surgeons, super friendly, makes you comfortable getting a wisdom tooth out used the right amount of novacaine an was a 100% painless thank you for the great work!
