Mill Street Village, Athens OH

I just started my 4th year here. It is reasonably priced but the real appeal is the staff. Anytime I have needed help, they have gone above and beyond to Listen, empathize and act. The properties are very well maintained, they are older, but there is a charm to to it.

Been living here for two years. Must say, it’s been a great stay. Comfortable and friendly staff at the leasing office makes even lovelier. Best place for family. Wife, daughter and I are loving it.

The office here treats everyone like family! Super accommodating and reasonable. I would suggest anyone to live here!

This is my second year staying here and have loved living here as my “Athens” apartment. Very quiet complex compared to all the other places to live in Athens. Older but well-maintained. The office staff have always been friendly and nothing but helpful! Ideal place to live if you’re either a graduate student or young professor getting started at the university.
