Thank you to Joyce Parson of the Akron office. She explained the use of my CPAP machine and she was easy to understand and very knowledgeable of the use of the machine. She made my transition from being a non CPAP user to a new CPAP user go smooth and easy. I give Joyce the highest of recommendations and she is an asset to the company.

My recent visit at Millers was Great! Brittany helped me solve my cpap problems and made great suggestions for me going forward! She is very interested in her clients and does all she can to be helpful! Millers 5 ***** stars!

I was in desperate need it a cpap machine before leaving for vacation and my request was handled by Brittany Stephens. She expedited my request faster than the speed of light. I spent over two hours calling all other Cpap vendors and no one would help me within a month.

Brittany called and emailed me everyday with an update and make the entire process so easy it’s was like a dream. The best possible customer service I ever had in healthcare.

My sleep therapist was Tony and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable and helped me understand how my machine and mask work.

Thank you Miller’s for helping a desperate client find everything they needed with exceptional customer service and attention to detail!

I pick up my new CPAP machine on 7/20/23 and Chelsea VanRyswyh was very professional. She went completely over the machine so I understood the usage and how to clean machine.

Joyce Parson was extremely knowledgeable and professional when helping my wife and I get fitted for our C-Pap machines. She was great listener and communicator in addressing our concerns and needs quickly. She's a great asset to the company!

I recently had to get a cpap machine and was really not looking forward to it. After my appointment with Nia at Youngstown OH office I was a little more at ease. She made it all seem so easy and promised I will eventually love it. I am going onto week 2 and still making adjustments but I am getting much better sleep. She called after a week to check on me and I truly am grateful for her knowledge and kindness.

Mike K. Was very respectful and knowledgeable. He conversated with me while making repairs to my chair. He did a very good job! I want Mike for my service tech for my future repairs and delivery! Yall need more like him!

I’m so looking forward to my upcoming appointment with Miller’s. I have been fighting with insurance and miscommunications with a local hospital system for over 2 months now, just trying to get a CPAP for my OSA.
Brittany, who I’m convinced is an angel on earth, got my appointment scheduled, handled insurance, and was pleasant on top of it all, in less than 2 hours.
Thankful to have found a place who employs such kind, personable, and knowledgeable folks!

Fabulous customer service. We needed a new chair for my dad that would help him get in and out, chair was reviewed, ordered an delivered within days! The delivery men - Tim and Ronnie - were fabulous, teaching my mom how to operate, shifting furniture and making sure my dad was settled. Julie made the purchase quick and easy and my dad loves his chair.

My wife and I traveled to Cleveland, OH this past weekend to spend time with our daughter, and on the very first night (Thu) of our stay in Cleveland the power cord wiring for my presumably antiquated CPAP machine (I think it's at least 12 years old) became permanently separated from the adaptor, which meant I could not get power to use my CPAP and therefore I was not able to sleep very well without my CPAP. I was desperate and I did not want to go another night without my CPAP, so I started googling and making phone calls the next morning to see if I could find a replacement power cord locally. I'm so glad I found Miller's. I relayed the highlights of my story to my first phone contact at Miller's who in turn transferred me to Ashley. Ashley then worked with Debbie to track down a replacement cord (I believe it might have been the last one that Miller's had that matched my original), and then Debbie offered to drive the cord from its present Canton location to their Akron location, which would shave off about 30-40+ minutes from my roundtrip drive back to where I was staying in Cleveland. At their Akron location, Brittany was waiting with the replacement power cord in hand to help me test it with my CPAP before leaving the store. The icing on the cake.they did not charge me for the replacement power cord, even though I offered and would have gladly paid for it. Thanks Ashley, Debbie, and Brittany for making my experience with Miller's so fantastic! Your communications and friendly professional services are textbook examples of how to build a strong customer base. Sadly, too many businesses today have lost this skill and art among their employees. As such, I am long overdue for some CPAP supplies. I will reach out soon to order some supplies by mail.

Today I had Mike K and John C out today to fix my wheel chair. They both were very polite and courteous while doing the repairs to my chair. Once they were done they even took the time to sit me in the chair and make adjustments so I would be very comfortable. I recommend a bonus for both these young gentleman. Thank you Millers and your service department for a fine job.

Had a stair lift installed by Jason and the new rookie Levi yesterday These two gentlemen work very well together Jason supervisor Levi but not to overwhelm him First installed for Levi yesterday he is a quick study Great to see a young man starting off a new career with a great company

I can’t say enough about Debbie V. She has gone above and beyond for my family not once but twice now. The first time was last year when I called because my dads CPAP machine had died. He had been using the same one for well over 10 years. I called and Debbie instantly helped get me a rental until we could get his previous studies and get him setup for a titration study since his last study had been also over 10 years. As soon as his results were back and the script had been sent over, Debbie reached out immediately and had him setup with a machine and supplies. She checks in frequently to make sure everything is good and he doesn’t need anything. She answers any questions he has.

Fast forward to this year and again, Debbie stepped in and helped us out. My mom has ALS and has been struggling. Debbie told us what we needed to tell her physician and within a week Debbie drove a little less than 2 hours to deliver a trilogy machine, supplies, and a portable oxygen concentrator. She has continued to take care of both my parents and always treats them as if they were her family. We are thankful everyday for what she has done!

This was a fortunate find. We needed a ramp for a few months and they were able to get out for a quick quote and installation shortly thereafter. Carla provided good suggestion and the installation by Jaxon was on time, quick a proficient. Happy we went with this company.

Exceptional customer service from Jordan, Brittney and Joyce. Had been waiting for 7 mos with 2 different companies for equipment. These ladies had everything worked out within 2 days and picked up my equipment 2 days later. They all definitely impressed me.

I have had two problems with Miller's and Julie Houston has been so kind to help straighten out the problems! She is extremely pleasant to talk to and very helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and I was completely satisfied.
She gives new meaning to the term "Customer Service".

My daughter’s Safari tilt was damaged by the airlines, called Miller’s and they were here in two days and Mike was able to get it to working condition, pending are some parts but overall a great experience at the promptness.
