Millions of Milk Tea, Monroe OH

The girl behind the counter didn’t know how to make a normal latte despite the espresso machine sitting right at the counter. I got some watery powdered cold thing instead and went across the street.

Whenever I see a bubble tea shop, I immediately go to try it and his is what happened to me with this place.
I order the same drink from every bubble tea shop "Strawberry milk tea with mango jelly".
It was so refreshing and tasty but we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get our drinks which is why I rated the service 3/5.
I would definitely come back but hopefully the next time my order won't take long to make.

Five of us ordered five different teas. The store was disorganized and it took forever for them to make. I also noticed how dirty the store was. A dirty store means dirty machines and dirty owners. The teas were also not good. We all ended up throwing them out. The bubbles were also pretty gross. Just a bad overall experience.

I absolutely love this place. Friendly people, clean environment, and delicious products! I drink taro tea three to fives times a week, easily.

Not recommended! I think they have no competitions and that’s how they doing business. I would like to throw up after I drank it

Wide variety of delicious drinks and they serve fresh bao on the menu. Perfect snack place when needing to take a break from shopping. Great place.

If you are really thirsty or Fan of Milk Tea, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered 2 LARGE Brown sugars with boba and “the pictures “ below is what we got. But I don’t even know why they still lined up for it. I’m not mentioned about the price, but the milkteas quality tasted horrible. This is my first time, even if you PAY FOR MY DRINK next time I don’t think I would take my butt back here once again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

The teas are good but they don't make them in the same order they were placed for some reason so we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. And the death metal music playing is too much.

I and two of my friends went in the store on Sunday, 2/19/23. We walked in and there were a few people at the tables but nobody waiting in line. We went and just started to look at the menu when the girl behind the counter told us "Were really busy right now, can you come back in ten minutes" never have I seen such unprofessional customer service and asked to leave because of business? ! They are literally kicking people out when they are busy.makes no sense.

First time visit. There was only one worker but she was super pleasant and helpful. We all got the Brown Sugar Tea. It was delicious.

Very disappointed! Paid for a large milk tea plus extra money for bubbles, I wanted it hot, but I wasn't told hot only came with one size till I got my drink! So I paid for a large but got a small, and what was worse is, I did NOT get any bubbles in my milk tea! Isn't that ridiculous? !? !? ! There is a sign in the store says "No refunds & Have a good day". It is so ironic. Staff members are all young teenagers, tissue box is empty and dusry, I don't know what is going on in this place. Even the location is in a busy outlet and it's easy to get a lot of people visiting, but I wonder how many will return.

Went on a Saturday evening. The 3 staff were unprofessional and disrespectful towards each other, even though they were friendly to customers. The drink orders were taken incorrectly (wrong size, forgot add-ins) and were extremely slow (15 min to make 2 drinks). The pick up area for completed drinks - the counter was sticky, as though it hadn't been wiped down all day, so the bottom of my cups ended up sticky too. There were no paper napkins in the dispenser and staff were not around to fill it. One of the drinks also tasted funny, so we threw it out. What a waste.

My milk tea is almost no sugar. They don’t want to fix it. They ask me to buy a new one. Very bad service.

Came on Saturday evening no was in store. My order took over 30 mins to be made. Cups were being played like toys and dropped on floor. Drinks were gross, An the store was not clean and not kept up. Ask for refund never got one cause they have no management to repayments. Wont ever be back would not recommend anyone to go.

Came here on a Friday afternoon for a milk tea with my little brother. There was only one person working and I’m not really sure what her problem was but she was not in the mood. We could tell that she did not want to be there working. She could have been having a bad day and she was the only one working. There should be more than one employee behind the counter. Overall, the milk tea was okay. Needed more flavoring.

Absolutely fantastic service. There was only one person working and he was on his toes the whole time. Super polite. Worth the wait. Great prices for authentic drinks. My brother even loved it. I had the fresh honey green tea with strawberry jelly and my brother had an Oreo milk tea with tapioca pearls. Absolutely will go again.
