7Nice place no long wait.great people it's just the fact it took them 2 weeks and me calling every week to put in my papers in for my partial. Other then that okay place and great nice people.
They make u wait a while but the dentist are great. I jus got two teeth extracted and they gave me only one gauze to go home wit. I felt like that was inconsiderate, I Had cut up a clean sock and use it as a gauze. They gotta fix the little thing like that.
Experience always been GREAT.never waited to long for any service. Staff members are very professional and friendly.
Called 4 time no answer and the last time I call got sent to voicemail every unprofessional
Tho there are long waits to get a spot they have great people and good equipment. The way to get started is come in as an emergency at 6 am on days they do emergency's.
I just called for some information that I've been waiting for months for and the lady that answered the phone was upset at me for asking the medical side a dental question? Like lady, I didn't know you guys were beefing down there like that? ! But yea, just like anything else in Cincinnati, people have made it into garbage. Trash all out in the front. Long ass wait times. Just wanted to get my daughter tooth looked at but she didn't know when the dental side opens! We're leaving this city soon, it stinks here.
Call the millvale number to reschedule appointment the girl is very rude and unprofessional, need to take customer service classes
