7If you are bringing Amazon empty trailer come on your appointment time not early, and for the restroom ask from front door.
Saw a lot of negative reviews but my experience was phenomenal. Checked in 630 appointment was for 8 unloaded and down the road 815. The guard Chris is a good and helpful person. Very polite and professional. Also they have a person in a van cleaning lot. Everything was clean and picked up Thanks to all of you.

In and out in less an hour, new tablets to check in kind slow, but the young lady came out and helped me to check in, nice people, forklift got me unloaded in 40 minutes.
BEFORE STOP RIGHT SIDE IN ROAD AND GO IN MAIN OFFICE. Too much nail around dock BE CAREFULLY DRIVER. Unloading minimum in 2 hours.maybe more up (3-5hr)
Got there at 3: 30 am checked in at 6: 00am my appointment was 11: 00 am which I did not mind kicking back for a bit once in the door they were quick with unloading. What made this place great was the beautiful young lady with a very positive attitude at the window to check in. Will definitely come here again. There is overnight parking but space is limited if drivers park properly they can get 4 trucks along the curb.
