This is problem when you give respect some unprofessional people they become to much big…
I hope company will take action and will remove him from the computer…
He deserve a Laber job not computer job….

I read the reviews and prepared for the worst. From check in to departure was reasonable. Less than 2 hours.

Fast come fast serve bases. Check in kiosk and check out at the kiosk. Received messages in your phone when door is ready for and when to check out.

Always a pleasant experience! Although the kiosk can be confusing i have always had the help of either the man or "old lady".

If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived at 7pm for an 8pm appointment. I go into office and I had to use the restroom very bad. I didn't see the no public restroom sign. I tell the lady that I will check in in a min I needed to use the restroom. She comes after me screaming. She allowed me to use the restroom inside the plant floor. I come out tell the lady I am here for a pickup. She says " I thought you knew what you was doing since you went right past me to the restroom despite there being a sign that says no restroom. Then proceeds to ask me if it is my first time there. I said yes She says press top truck. After entering the information I said ok so do I just wait in my truck and you call or what is the procedure. She asked in a rude manner if I got a text. I said yes ma'am. She then asked in a rude way well what does it say. So I read the text and walked out. This lady should never interact with anyone.
