This is such a great gym! I love that it's on the smaller side and doesn't feel as intimidating for someone who is just beginning. The front desk staff is always very friendly, greeting you as you arrive and depart. They're always willing to answer any questions I might have, and help to get you signed up for Jumpstart or other programs. Teresa is a pleasure to talk to when she's in, very welcoming and kind. I took part in the Jumpstart program with Leslie and she showed me all of the equipment, rooms, and some different exercises that might work for my goals. She was very professional and kind.

If you want a gym with every single piece of equipment known to man, it's probably not the place for you. If you want a babysitter available all the time while you workout, it's probably not the place for you. If, however, you want a friendly, welcoming environment that is truly judgement free, this is definitely the right local gym for you.

Hardly ever have any childcare, very limited programs for younger children, and no pool. But they charge the same price as the other YMCAs in surrounding areas that offer so many more benefits and classes!
