The facility is super nice. Its the service. My wife rented 3 units and i call to get the access code and was given one. We loaded a 26' uhaul up and head out to be denied access to her units. There is absolutely no phone numbers out there to get any kind of help either
I have a storage unit that's paid for and I have a damn lock on it. Can I get someone to to open it. ITS PAID FOR
Helping my parents move out of the house they sold recently and the other storage unit we intended to use fell through. We were able to rent a unit here in Marietta but when we tried to put the code in to get through the gate we were denied. We have called, emailed, and tried to reach out to get help multiple times but cannot catch a live worker for the life of us. Now we have a uhaul full of furniture and no way to get into the gate to unload it and will be forced to pay a fine for a late uhaul return. Hopefully we hear back from someone soon.
Terrible service and hours. They're only open a few hours a day and half the time they're not even there to let you in. They keep telling us we need to move our stuff out but each time we go during their open hours there's no one inside to let us in. But yet it's still our fault. Terrible service, terrible hours, no AC in the building, no elevator so it's inaccessible to people with walking difficulties, terrible location, difficult to get into and only 3 parking spots, at least for the in-building spots. I will always tell people not to go here and we've been using this place for about a year, so we have many bad experiences here.
Edit: After discussing with them about the issues, they explained they are trying and there some issues we've had that do not work with our schedule and is not directly their fault.
