Love going for dental appointments. They are friendly and professional. Shout out to Melanie, my hygienist yesterday, my teeth are sparkling.

The entire staff was great. 1st time using their service. Contacted the office at 11: 30 AM and was able have an appointment the same day to have an infected cracked tooth pulled. Highly recommend them.

I had a tooth cap come off last night. I was able to immediately schedule an appointment for first thing this morning. Cap was cleaned and reinstalled (bonded) and I was home within an hour. Excellent care from the front desk, billing, the Hygienist, and Dr. Stacy Jacob! Absolutely will come back and make them my Family Dentist!

I have a very intense fear of dentists i saw Dr Cam on his first day in your practice grafton office. I was instantly at ease. My follow up 2.6.23 was excellent. Both he and Jillian keep me grounded and calm. He explains everything clearly. She is gentle and lets me know what she is doing.
Finally I'm not having papatations and panic attacks leading up to my dental appointments. Your practice is on top of the finest up to date equipment and procedures. I'm grateful for your service.

I arrived a few minutes early as requested so that I could fill out some paperwork. Once completed I was called in within a few minutes. The office is clean and there is ample seating in the waiting area. It has been awhile since I have been to the dentist. I was due in for my check up during covid, so naturally I didn't go. But, I put my checkup off for much too long. From the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist, Everyone was kind and professional. I was rather nervous because my dentist has retired, so I wasn't familiar with the new staff. I wish I hadn't put it off for so long because it went very well.

This place is awesome! Definitely if you have insecurities about your teeth definitely go here! I hate my teeth but felt so comfortable here the staff is sooo amazing. Best experience ever!

Dr Jacob and the Lady assisting her (sorry I don't remember her name) during my procedures were both very professional while being courteous and caring. They were both very sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the results.
In addition, every employee I encountered from the time I entered the building to leaving showed the same traits. Being new to the area it was my first visit to their office and they have earned my business as long as we live here.
