Minute Man Car Wash of Ohio

I am from out of town but popped in to have my car washed and vacuumed because they off free vacuums and supplies. Well I made a mistake by locking my keys in the car! Amanda their worker went above and beyond! She let me use her phone, called a locksmith company and offered me to wait in their air conditioned office. I am grateful. Thank you so much and if I am in town I’ll pop back in.

I'm from Detroit and hadn't found a car wash yet, so I did a Google search and found Minute Man. Thus far, I'm extremely impressed. I signed up for the monthly service with Ana, and she was such a gem. She was more than what I could have expected. Her assistance was so great that I ASKED HER was there anywhere I could rate her beautiful customer service. It didn't stop there, every single attendant I encountered was courteous and pleasant. Five stars baby

I was the difficult customer who went in fully unprepared trying to pay with a card that hadn't been activated and ended up holding up the line behind me. Ana was so patient and helpful with me and professional the whole time. Huge thank you to her specifically for dealing with me kindly.

Use this car. Recently added additional car to the unlimited service. Employee named Alban made recommendations and helped with the process. Business would do well having 10 of this young man. Wife enjoying having option to take her car whenever she wants now.

Kristopher was awesome! I told him I wasn’t happy with the tire shine that I paid for during the car wash & he came and got on his knees and shined them for me! Great customer service, definitely will be returning & telling family and friends to come as well.

I always have a great experience at this car wash. Anya is by far the best employee, she goes above and beyond, and is very attentive. She knows how my specific request, and always give a heads up to the gentlemen controlling the tunnel. I have recommended this car wash to all of my friends, and family because of her customer service skills. Thank you all for all the work you do.

Staff was great we came about 15 minutes before close mind you wife drove right past the teller lol he had to come up to our car and get the money then go put in the she wanted great service very nice we will he back

We used to really enjoy going through the car wash. The employees were all really fun and seemed to be having fun. Over the past few months there seems to have been a staff change. The vibe just isn't there anymore. We miss the fun attitudes and the smiley face on the driver window. With all of the other options popping up around town, we are thinking about trying someplace else. Minuteman just doesn't stand out anymore.

My family came here with our Ford expedition to have it washed. We drove up on the roller as directed and put the vehicle in neutral. The woman (young female probably around 18) running the roller pressed the button to send us through but our running board caught a metal bracket inside the wash. This caused the roller to stop and stopped the car wash. The lady then proceeded to try and and send us through three more times before completely breaking our running board without ever looking to see why it wasn't allowing us to go through. We took pictures of the sight and later talked to a manager who told us they were not liable. We are now facing a 2,500 dollar bill that we had no part of and the car wash showed absolutely 0 customer service. Definitely don't recommend coming here.

It would’ve been a good time tropical paradise light show experience but when we pulled up the girl that was The cashier was talking to another employee (we must have not been important enough) we weren’t even greeted as they continued their intense conversation. I do understand that somethings need to be discussed but it was extremely rude to leave a customer hanging other than that you nailed the tropical rave theme you were going for. High five for that.

I am a monthly member of this car wash - a part of trim came partially detached & a young man named Kris went out of his way to put it back on & was so very kind & polite. You have a really good employee there. Actually all of the employees there are helpful & friendly. I enjoy taking my littles nieces through because you guys make it fun for them with all the props & sometimes a superhero pre-sprays the car & they always add a smiley face to the window & wave. The kids love it there

I like this car wash. Very entertaining for a car wash. One day there's a pirate outside, next time there is a guy playing a guitar outside The actual car wash is good and the extra cleaning supplies are great for the monthly members. The staff is always polite and courteous. I recommend for sureit

My experience here was everything and more. Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to cleaning out my vehicle. I was shown how to use the floor mat washer, and feel comfortable with how to use it next time. Thank you guys!

Came through to clean my car out & get a car wash. Hayden noticed my floor mats on the ground while I was cleaning my car out & asked me about washing them. I knew about it but didn’t know how to work them. Hayden showed me & it worked perfectly. He was very helpful. Zach & Hayden both greeted as I came into the car wash & was very professional. I recommend this car wash as I have a membership & if you need help with anything; ask Hayden or Zach they are great!

My experiences have always been pleasant until recently
They have a new male employee with tattoos on his thighs who is a bad fit. Minute Man has awesome employee's and service. Again this guy is a bad fit. He is not friendly, and doesn't pay attention. On two occasions he guided me straight into the rail and gave me attitude for his negligence. He is not a good fit for minute man.

Minute Man Car Wash is a full service do it yourself Car Wash. They have self serve vacuums & they offer window cleaner, decreaser, tire cleaner etc. They also offer self service floor mat cleaning & shampooing services.

Do NOT use use this car wash across from the mall on monroe street. My husband went thru today and found a deep scratch on drivers hood. The girl employee he showed admitted that something was likely “hanging low” and will have the manager call us. After no call all day, we went back over there and the “manager” Kevin claims that their car wash did not scratch the car. He was rude and very unprofessional. Would not give the owners name and number. Mind you- this car is only used on weekends and to take out to get a car wash.
