3This was a great experience and didn’t take long at all. They were very friendly and I would definitely come back.
I have been coming to this location for years. I have seen the same nurse several times with my children and myself. She is always so sweet and helpful and knows me every time I come in. Today however, the experience was far from that. Whomever is working today, November 29,2021 at 10: 10 am was one of the rudest nurses I have ever met. She took about two seconds to try to look up my insurance and then said she received an error couldn't find it, it was invalid and I would be self-pay. I explained to her that it does in fact work, (I had just used it at Springboro Children's Urgent Care the night before) that I had used it several times on myself and my kids to which she replied "I don't know what to tell you". Unfortunately I will not return to this location. As much as I love the other nurse, I am too afraid now to ever run into this girl. Its bad enough feeling awful, but to have someone be rude and condescending, is absolutely terrible!
Elizabeth was super nice, thorough, and helpful. She got me in and out of there quickly. Definitely come here if you need to go to the Minute Clinic. (:
