MinuteClinic at CVS reviews
7Just went about an hour ago and seen Dr. Hardwick. She was unprofessional and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. All she kept saying was she thinks it may be or she thinks it may not be. I can think from the comfort of my home, went to a doctor for actual knowledge not thoughts. Would definitely put 0 stars if allowed. Also had to perform own COVID test. Also she said because the symptoms didn't match the symptoms she had when she had strep, that she didn't think I had strep.
He has always been great and takes his time to make sure discuss anything.
I've always went to this Clinic on S High St and I have nothing but great things to say about the clinic the store or pharmacy everyone has always been so kind and friendly I know I'll keep going back
I seen Youngra Hardwick! She was amazing, informative gentle and caring. She's really good with kids and quick. I highly recommend her.:)
Went for Covid treatment. Was seen very quickly. I was tested, examined, and had my prescription within 15 minutes. The clinic was very clean and the staff was friendly.
I am totally thankful that I can go to a minute clinic and be seen within 30 minutes and be out. Beats waiting hours in a Dr office or emergency room. When you are really sick you don't feel like waiting long periods. And both of the people working there have always been very nice to me. So they couldn't be all bad. Everyone has their bad days once in awhile but I've never seen it from either of them.ive been going there over a year.
The practitioner Theresa Erzvah-Cudjue is very rude. She tried to tell me she's never seen me before and was going to refuse my heartburn medication I informed her she was the one who filled the script 3 months ago and asked me to come back and let her know how it was going. Then she proceeded to give me this long winded speach about how I needed my medical card because she could lose her license I told her I put it online and its in my pocket I gladly handed it to her. She then asked for my ID which it did not tell me to bring to my appointment I usually bring it but accidentally grabbed my library card in a rush. She began yelling at me being incredibly rude I told her she needed to lower her voice and that I would have my fiance take a picture of the back and front to show her. She then threw me out of her office. Once they confirmed I am in fact me she refused to finish my appointment. Then made me wait 2 hours before she sent my prescription to the pharmacy I had to have her supervisor send her an email to force her to send it and she still refused the pharmacy tech walked over and made her write a physical copy. She also tried to grab my 8 year old daughter because she attempted to sit on the roller chair. Which i told her no mam please back up then told my daughter to sit on the exam table the only other seat. I'm waiting on a call back from her supervisor to discuss further action. Absolutely unacceptable. Every worker in that store said she is the rudest person. I wish I would've listened to the nurse 3 months ago when she told me nobody liked her because of her rudeness and just waited to see Dr. Joe
