I reached out to Lauren after several disappointing attempts to create a business card for my new business through several online printing companies. Their prices were low but I was extremely limited with how I could create my personalized project. Working with Lauren was priceless! She gave me 100% attention to my needs and concerns and guided me in the right direction for my project. She and Amber we very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They helped bring my logo and my vision to life! After several days of working together to get everything 100% right, I was floored with how quickly they were able to print my cards! Lauren was involved in my project at a level of customer service like I've never experienced before! She called me to pick up my cards and was genuinely excited for me to see how they turned out. Minuteman Press was not as cheap in pricing as Vistaprint by a long shot. But what I received for the price was well worth it! I paid for professionalism, excellent customer service and attentiveness, attention to detail and a superior quality product. I cannot express enough how much I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Minuteman Press of Akron! They have a customer for life. I will return for all of my projects. Amazing products and service! Called them for the first time with an extremely important rush label print job - in a snow storm when other people were going home for the day because of the road - they stayed to make sure my custom stock was sourced and ordered.
