Alexia at Miracle Ear is fantastic! We were having an issue with my husband‘s hearing aids and she worked diligently to get that resolved. I do have a warning for those that already have Hearing aids is to never and I repeat never hand your devices off to Sammie. My husband’s aids needed cleaning and perhaps new filters and she insisted that she knew how to do it and she did not have a clue. She put the filters on the outside of the tips when they should have been on the inside. It’s a wonder she did not damage them. I can tell you she also replaced the wrong size tips on them causing my husband’s ear canals to get sore. This happened when we had an appointment and Alexia wasn’t there.

I went in to get my hearing checked and Alexia did this for me. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in explaining my test results. I had never done this before so I was very nervous. She put me at ease and actually had me laughing. If you want someone who will make you feel very comfortable, ask for Alexia.

What a wonderful ongoing experience my family is having with the people here! Alexis is the best! I can't thank them enough! My 92-yr-old Step-Mother is able to participate in social situations and can hear the birds singing when she and my Father take their daily walk in our neighborhood. I am so glad I brought her here! Thank you for your service to my family and our community, you guys are a God-send!

Dr Alexia answered every concern and question I had! She was very honest and understood the issues. She gave me items to think about regarding trading in my 4 year old hearing aid and possibly purchasing a new one.
