Great food and service. Ate in dining room and good thing. Ice cream was melting quickly. Ice cream was excellent and staff very friendly.

Puppy cone is lame. Had to buy a regular cone for my pup. But the human ice cream is awesome! Go to Bay Village Dairy Queen for the best cone ever! Real ice cream cone with a dog bone on top! Only $1

Local is the best! Made in Cleveland, hand packed. Visit the downtown store to watch them make ice cream! Try the Porter Chocolate Chip - made with Great Lakes Brewing Co Porter Beer - so so so good!

Our second time here. Wonderful. Best place! We were in town for a softball tournament again, looked up the name. They moved to a new location. Beautiful. Great service, great homemade ice cream. When we drove up, so nice and great service.

I could never give Mitchell’s less than 5 stars always great ice cream! My wife and I have been going to Mitchell’s in Rocky River for years. We love them so much we even had them at our wedding! However, going to the Westlake location for the first time since Covid things have obviously changed to help follow State Mandates. I get that it can be stressful for both the workers and customers during this time but I feel like the process or training for the current employees could be improved. I get they may be Summer help but the standards should be the same. We went for ice cream this evening and pulled up to all the “Curbside Order”spots being taken up or blocked by poor parking. We parked literally to the right of the “order area” and a rude employee came up and yelled at us saying we would not be served because we weren’t parked in the right parking spot. She made me back up and move one spot over in between two vehicles. However, a big truck was blocking it in and there was no way anyone could fit. She literally yelled at us saying we needed to park in that spot or else we couldn’t be served. I told her we couldn’t fit and then she said we needed to find a spot. We were literally one spot over and she wouldn’t help us. Well needless to say we had no where to go and she didn’t inform us that we could have gone inside. We didn’t end up getting Ice cream tonight because this employee was so rude. They should maybe increase the curbside spots on busier nights.
Left and went to 808 Shaved Ice which ended up being pretty good!

Amazing delicious ice cream with wonderful flavors and a comfortable family friendly environment with plenty of seating. Benches under a covered porch outside allow for outdoor enjoyment of your cone even in the rain.

Stopped in just by chance and soooo glad we did. Root beer float was to die for! My boys have 2 sundaes and they loved them.

What else can be said about Mitchell's? I've had ice cream all over the world and this is consistently the gold standard. It should be noted that the richness and "depth" of the ice cream might be a turn off to people with sensitive digestion and communists. Mitchell's ice cream is responsible for at least 10 of my excess pounds.

Amazing ice cream, they have around 20 flavors not including the few additional seasonal flavors. They have the best mint chocolate chip. The Strawberry chocolate chunk around Valentine's day is amazing and they should have it all year long (I hope they read this). Anything can be made into a shake as well.

Excellent place to stop for ice cream if you're in the Cleveland area, or passing through on I-90. Creamy, flavorful and homemade. The best lavender honey, and cherry chocolate ice creams we've ever tried! Not to mention, spacious, clean and well-run location.

The parking lot for this location is much better than the Rocky River location staff is always friendly and happy to help ice cream is amazing as usual.

There are not many businesses or products that I would rate a 10 out of 10 (based on that scale). I’m not overly obsessed with ice cream in general, but this ice cream is unbelievably delicious and satisfying 100% of the time. I’ve conservatively had Mitchell’s Ice Cream 60+ times at 4+ locations. Every single time without exception has exceeded expectations. Phenomenal business model and ice cream!

The maple but ice cream is the best I've ever had. A little pricey for an ice cream though. I paid the same amount for 2 scoups of ice cream in a bowl as my husband paid for his banana split. $12.00 is a lot of money.

Very solid ice cream place, love the train and and drawn pictures, good outdoor and indoor seating and also sells cartons of ice cream. Ice cream is pretty good, I got smoothie which was a bit too sweet for my tastes, employees were average (moderately helpful)

Love this place. Tried the strawberry rhubarb crisp, caramelized sugar chocolate, and mint & cookies. All great!

I have never been disappointed at any of the Mitchell's locations. This one was no different. I love their I've cream. It's a solid and consistently great product with quality ingredients. Plus there's a ton of flavors to choose from!

The wait time here was actually less than the last one I went to, so that was a nice surprise. But I merely just beat the rush because once I ordered, there were suddenly 15 people behind me. Those poor workers stayed busy that night.
