Great tasting icecream and my son loved the model train running around the entire dining area.

Best ice-cream. But they really need to keep up on cleaning tables. They are often sticky.

Absolutely the best, not just their ice cream but the service as well. Great place to take your child for a cool treat.

Friendly staff and a wide variety of flavors. The Fall flavors are my favorite (apple caramel and pumpkin).

Always a delightful break on a hot summer or a cold Ohio day like today. Staff is very personable and helpful and the flavor choices are wonderful!

Mitchell's ice cream is a Cleveland area must do. Creative flavors plus the good ol' standbys. Always fresh ingredients. This location in Strongsville is a bona fide gold mine!

Mitchell’s is one of the best ice cream shops in Cleveland! There’s a reason there are multiple locations in the city. If you’ve never been- it’s a must. My family always goes for the taster’s duo. It counts as an e scoop, but you get to try two different flavors.

They’re actually really quick as well. Even if the line is long, don’t give up. They roll through the orders fast.

If you have kids- always feel free to ask for sprinkles. At one point they’d also offer kids a pretzel stick though I’m not sure if that’s still a thing.

Yum! Visiting from out of town. Loved the peanut butter chocolate, salted caramel, chocolate chocolate chunk, pistachio was delicious, and mocha chip. I am a chocolate fan. And love an added chip. Generous portions.waffle cone so good!

This is such a nice hangout spot. The moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with this lovely smell. I love the atmosphere and how cozy the place it. I got myself some strawberry pint for my baby and it tasted really good. It’s a nice place to come hangout with friends

This is by far the worst location. I love Mitchell’s but most parents this at this location think it is clearly a playground, not an ice cream shop. No one watches after their kids here, and the workers do nothing but let the kids run around.

We got the double scoop and got cookie dough and caramel brownie! It was good, very creamy and the brownie was delicious, I wasn’t a big fan of the caramel and I was iffy with the cookie dough! Would definitely return and try something else! Wish it was a little cheaper though, $6.55 for 2 scoops wasn’t worth it in my opinion.

The best ice cream! It can get pretty busy here but the staff moves pretty quickly. My kids love watching the train that is up on the tracks hanging from the ceiling. Once you've had fresh homemade ice cream you'll realize how much better it tastes in comparison to chains.

Nice place to hangout and great ice cream! Enjoyed the inside ambience and the little train going around the ceiling.

Excellent vegan flavors and our allergy scoops were perfect. Christine was an amazing help, she was more than understanding about the allergies and took the time to make us multiple different scoops. She was beyond kind and made my little ones feel special. Definitely will be visiting again.

Staff is nice, delicious & unique icecream flavors.i vote towards making vegan buckeye permanent!
