Jacob L. Was my technician today for my furnace annual check up. He called to let me know when he would be arriving at my home and he was on-time with his estimate for his arrival. Jacob was courteous to my home by wearing booties and throughout his visit, he asked if I had any questions throughout the process. Jacob was very thorough and made sure that all aspects of my system were inspected and cleaned as necessary. Jacob also was able to get me a quote on a new water heater and even conferred with another technician to make sure that he was giving me the best possible information. I will always use Mitchell 24 hour as they always seem to have the best technicians who know what they’re doing, are polite, informed, and professional. I can always rest assured of getting the best service possible when I need it from Mitchell.

Not sure if my last review will be erased when I do another one, so I’m just adding to this one. The first comment I had mentioned about a water heater being installed and this review is for that. Jordan S. And another technician came within the timeframe that was given me for my appointment. Both technicians got to work right away. Discussed with me what was going to happen during the appointment as far as preparing the old water heater for removal as well as what was gonna happen when the new water heater was installed. Once insulation was completed, all of the work area was cleaned up and taken with them back to their work place. Both men were professional, courteous, and cordial and very good at their jobs. Jordan made sure he answered all of my questions Before he left my home to make sure I was comfortable with the operation of my new water heater. Once again, the staff and technicians at Mitchell Heating 24 hour lived up to their excellent reputation.

Very professional & excellent service! My ducts were like new when they left the house as compared to the decades of dust etc that were in the home collecting. I’d highly recommend their duct cleaning service to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you or someone in your household has any breathing issues. Thanks!

And, I appreciate that when there was a sudden glut of calls for a/c units not functioning, the asked if they could reschedule my tuneup call to take care of more critical needs. Brian is very professional and informative. There has been a slight hiccup with my unit and they have been right on top of it.

I’ve used Mitchell’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning several times and I’m ALWAYS pleased at their professionalism AND prices! Even though a different worker comes out each time to service my (very old) furnace, they are always so professional, polite and detailed during their visits. Kudos to management as it is hard to find good (or decent) customer service these days! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
