Nicholas completed our privacy fence. Overall, I am pleased with the final product. The fence looks good and I am happy with the gates. I want to give him 5 stars but I had to stay on him pretty often about completing the project. He started on a Monday and told me it would be done Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday… Finally, late Sunday it was completed. So, because of the timing delays, I can’t give all 5 stars.
I will say, however, we had some old fence post that needed to be removed across our yard and on the opposite side that he removed and this was not part of the scope.
I would say anyone going with him to do what I did; cover the material as a deposit, then do not pay for the rest until the work is completed. Patience is definitely important when working with this contractor but the job gets done.

BEWARE of this scammer - would give 0 Stars but that is not an option. This guy does not honor his contract and will take your $$ and run. He left our job unfinished and with dangerous holes in the yard. He will come up with one story after another looking for more money and does not fulfill his contracted obligation. He even removed material from our yard that was paid for and will not return. Would never recommend this company and hope that others learn from our misfortune.

Nicholas installed a split rail fence for us. We couldn't be happier with the job he did. He was very timely and always kept us updated on daily progress. He did an excellent job at cleaning up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this company.
