I had the screen replaced in my Samsung ultra 23. Price was great in comparison, service was speed. However partially my fault I should have asked it factory replacement parts were being used. They were not! Now I have I top of the line phone that operates like a bottom of the line phone. Screendoes not go all the way to the edge, very slow and unresponsiv. Screendefinitionis very lackin. I jrst felt lole this shouldhave been mentionedupfrontthat a very cheapreplacementwas beinginstalled. Spend the extramoneyand go somewhereelse.

At first I was impressed. Then they have my phone for almost 2 weeks and I was not compensated for nothing. Then with one of the screensavers on it that they gave me shattered again along with the same issues I had before. I called and they told me that it was not guaranteed for 90 days or 16 because it was just the screen. No it was the same issues I had before. So now I'm out 269 no phone. Thank you so much!

I thought my daughters iPhone was beyond repair. I was surprsed to get it back looking and functioning like new! The service waa outstanding! I recommend this place to anyone.

Joe manages Mobile 2 Go and does the repairs $100 less than any place I found and he did a beautiful job replacing my cracked S23 screen I highly recommend Mobile 2 Go!

Who knew there was such a great repair shop in Hamilton. My iPhone had been performing poorly for several months and I thought replacing it was the only solution. When I described the situation to Joe, he was able to diagnose the problem immediately and replaced my battery and my broken screen protector. Problem solved for a fraction of the price I would have spent have spent on a new phone. Thank you Joe for excellent service.

My phone had its LCD screen broken with vertical lines on the display. I called a bunch of other places and they said they didn’t know what to do. The owner knew immediately what to do and fixed it in a half hour. 100% would come again if any of my electronics break.

I’m late providing this review but want to give a big THANK YOU to the Mobile 2 Go staff and manager! When my daughter was home from college back in January, she needed to have the screen on her laptop replaced. Although the replacement was ordered, when it arrived, it wasn’t the correct screen for her type of laptop. Since my daughter was leaving to go back to school out of state, there was no time to reorder the screen and have it replaced. The gentleman who helped my daughter (I regret that I don’t know his name) spoke with his manager, explained the situation and worked to identify the best solution. I assumed that they would ask to keep my daughter’s laptop, waive the cost of the screen replacement and ship it to her when it was ready (which would have been a nice gesture but inconvenient, because she’d be away at school without her laptop). Instead, they gave her an entire laptop upgrade, free of charge! I REALLY APPRECIATED the kind gesture and will continue to be a customer as a result!

Went here twice and I had great service both times. I watched Joe handle my service, the service of non-English speaking customers, talk to customer service representatives, and answer incoming calls at the same time by himself. I give him much respect for this as he served all of us with professionalism and a smile because most people would have been overwhelmed. He was also very knowledgeable with any questions I had for him and he was able to find the right deal for me when the alternative was nearly double the price. Definitely coming back anytime I have any smartphone issues

Dropped off a IPad air gen 4 Joe told me shipping and screen repair will take 3-5 days. Also said he would give me a message when its done. Never got a message so I came in close to 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Joe said "Screen just came in will do tommorrow takes 4 hours". I was fine with that, didnt have time to pick it up the next day so I hold it off. I get a call at work its Joe saying the screen he got from apple is defective and I just say ill pick it up. The next day I come in I ask for the IPad. The Screen isnt even glued all the way on, there is hair behind the screen and the screen doesnt work. Joe is acting uncaring now im stuck with a broken ipad.

What can I say? Went there about three or four months ago for the first time. He earned my respect and business from that very first transaction. Since then I have had several transactions using his service. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Very nice clean store. I will continue taking my business to him. I highly recommend this shop for any cell phone service or anything related to that.

February 21st 2023. A new visit. Once again. Good service good prices. Picking up a very nice refurbished iPhone. This is the go-to place for anything mobile.

I went in for a battery replacement for my iphone and was sorted out within 30min. Loved the service and advice given at the store. Would recommend to anyone any day and would definitely come back again.
