The therapist are super knowledgeable and very friendly. It is easy to get appointments and the staff is extremely accommodating. A great place for rehab.

My 7th shoulder surgery, but my 1st time at Mobility Fit. I wish I had found them before now. The approach here at Mobility Fit is completely different from other Physical Therapists. They aggressively work to restore function and get you back to whatever athletic activity you want to pursue. They use specific techniques not found at other facilities. Techniques including spinal manipulations, joint manipulations, percussion massagers, cupping, dry needling, sled dragging, flywheel training, and blood flow restriction.
I highly recommend Mobility Fit to get your body back to where you want it to be.

I work with Dr. Joe and I can't say enough about how good he is to work with. Look we all have aches and pains but when your livelihood is on the line that's when you know you've picked the right person or team to help you. As a Golf pro I just want to play again; Joe has me feeling I can and I am. I never thought of hitting full speed shots again and I am. Thanks to Joe and the team at Mobility Fit. You all Rock.

Was very happy with my experience at Mobility Fit in West Chester! I used Mobility Fit to recover from a running injury, and they were the first group of PT's that I had seen in the area that had a good understanding of running related injuries, and the steps I needed to take to recover and become stronger. I was able to keep training during my PT, and am now signed up for my next marathon.

I've had a number of ongoing issues from my competition days. No matter what I tried to do to fix myself nothing seemed to work. I was introduced to Drew and Matt at Mobility Fit and within a few quick sessions I felt 100x better! They listened to me and started a plan to get me right. Turns out what I thought was the problem wasn't it at all, but something entirely different. I never would have been able to continue to compete if it wasn't for Mobility Fit.

I worked with Matt, and as a patient I learned a ton. Not only did it benefit me in the short term in my recovery but in how I move and even work with other members at our gym. He knows his stuff abut movement!

A friend recommended Mobility Fit to me so I went there for PT after my meniscus surgery in February 2018. With their help I recovered quickly and was back to normal. Then I started having lower back pain and tight glutes so back I went back again. Exercises, dry needling and scraping were key in helping me recover. A big thank you to Matt, Stacey, Michelle, Drew, Joe and Pam for their PT expertise and Patti for her scheduling magic!

It's great going to a place where the PTs understand the needs of each individual athlete that comes in. As an olympic weightlifter, I've heard "you really shouldn't squat below parallel" from every other therapist I've visited, but not these guys. I went in for spasms in my upper back, and was lifting pain free by the time I left. I'll be back here if something ever goes wrong again!

I struggled with back pain from an injury years ago and tried traditional PT, cortisone shots, varying my workouts, all types of stretching, and multiple doctors - no relief. I'd all but given up, but Mobility Fit was able to cure me. Their physical therapists are second-to-none in their knowledge about how muscles and bodies work. By listening to my feedback and troubleshooting various exercises, they were able to pinpoint the exact area that caused my pain and work with me to stretch and strengthen so I could retrain my muscles to function appropriately again. They also taught me what I need to know to both prevent recurrent back pain and address it should it ever return, plus I know their door is always open should I suffer another injury or need some expert advice. I feel like I finally understand the mechanism behind what caused my pain in the first place. Thank you so much for helping me live a strong, pain-free life, Stacey and Matt! Such professionals and worth every penny/hour spent with you!

I first visited Mobility Fit for a sciatic nerve issue which I began to fear was a lifelong issue because nothing was helping. Stacy and Matt were able to completely cure it in a few visits. The second time was for shoulder issues which ended up needing surgery to repair so I continued post-op care with Mobility Fit. They once again got me back to better than before by rehabbing the shoulder and correcting improper techniques in the gym. I highly recommend Mobility Fit, they care and cure.

Outstanding PTs with personable staff, I would recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy without pause. Especially if you want specialized therapy for your personal condition and not just routine exercises. I originally came here for a nagging mysterious shoulder injury and once that was healed, continue to come back for anything keeping me from performing 100%.

I now am completely pain free in my shoulders and able to do more than I ever thought possible. I love that they're set up in my gym! I get to see their smiling faces every day and share things I overcome as they happen!
