Excellent service and friendly staff, has an outstanding inventory of senior citizen needs for mobility.

We bought a mobility van from this location. Scott provided exceptional service from start to finish. He provided initial information to help us decide which type of vehicle fit our needs, because we weren't sure what options were available. He then answered all of our questions. At no time did we feel pressured. In fact, Scott made us feel comfortable throught the process. We later found an issue with the paint, and Scott took care of fixing it with no hassels. We highly recommend Scott and Mobility Works!

Referred here by my wife's Occupational Therapist to purchase and have installed a trailer hitch and platform onto our 2020 Cherokee for transporting my wife's wheelchair.

We live an hour away so I called into store to see what I needed to do. Was told over the phone that I could come in any time during business hours to obtain needed quote for insurance.

I arrived at 0800 right as they opened and was told that the guy who normally does the quotes is on vacation this week and that "no one else had time for me" and despite me living an hour away, I should "try back another day".

Obviously my wife and I are taking our business elsewhere and when I spoke with the Home Healthcare Service who provides my wife's at home Physical and Occupational Therapy what had happened, they stated they will "definitely not" be recommending mobilityworks to their patients going forward.

They bent over backwards to help, and brought a van in from Columbus for my daughter that she found online. She ended up getting it for my grandson with some help from my mom.

My hand controls were put on there. The staff iexcelllentsalways informative
