MOD Pizza, Columbus OH

LOVE this place! I am not a thin & crispy crust fan, but I love the crust. They are always adding new things to try on a pizza but keep the tried and true classic favorites. The best thing about this location is that no matter what time you drop in, they never make feel like they are rushing you out. They make your order with a smile and are super friendly the whole time you're there. Every one of their employees know what it means to give customer service.

Really nice staff and pizza comes out quickly. I have been to a couple MOD locations, and this one is the best.

Been in the greater Columbus area for a little over a year now. Can't find a decent Pizza pie except for Harvest when you feel like splurging. Otherwise, MOD gets you fresh ingredients, customized the way you without skimping on the toppings, add em all for the same price, no upselling. And then piping hot from oven to your table - you know when it's ready! Delicious and a good value! Join their rewards program for some freebies along the way!

I got the 11' double thick crust and I put my own toppings in it. Their red sauce is just right, the topping selection had something for everyone and the pizza's just gooood. The staff is friendly and attentive and the store is clean. I'll be back

One of a half dozen fast pizza chains that have cropped up in recent years. MOD was the original. Helpful staff. We order a pizza from the menu on the wall and the lady taking the order made sure that we knew that they don't charge by topping so we could add additional toppings st no additional cost as we went down the line.

Pizza crust was thin and crispy. Very light. My wife thought that contributed to some sogging by the time she was on her last piece. I didn't notice that.

Liked that they provided plates to eat off of. Others leave us using napkins for plates.

Revisited today. Built our own pizza, but no list of sauce onions was visible and there were no labels for the toppings. If you are going to ask the customer to choose, it would help to provide some signage. No plates evident this visit. We ate off of paper napkins. And, why are water glasses half the size of soda glasses? Pizza was tasty. Removing one star from my previous rating.

Today 10/30/2022 is my 3rd time here. On each occasion that I've been here everyone is always nice. When I first came, the staff were genuinely happy to explain their menu options and how to order. It was pretty cool to create your own pizza and watch them build it right in front of you! They don't rush you and allow you to take your time. Baking is quick yet efficient and always baked well through. Ingredients are always fresh and flavorful as they should be. At this point, I think this is my favorite pizza spot. I love coming here! Nice spot to go with friends too!

Food was good, not great, but really reasonably priced. Located next to Tesla supercharger so perfect for a road trip in ev.

I didn't eat here, but I wanted to give a special staff member here a five star review. She performed a random act of kindness for complete strangers and touched my heart!
We were parked in the neighboring lot in the sun and she came out with cold water bottles because she could tell we were hot and wanted to help!

I got a vegan pizza with mega dough and it was fireeee.i got the vegan cheese & sausage on it too.it was sooo goood.the guy who took my order was super helpful n patient and everyone working was chill.the inside is nice & clean.good vibes.a really good place to grab something to eat.thank you

Pizza is good and the variety of toppings is very impressive. Also the option of having a draft beer gets high marks in my opinion of a relatively fast food restaurant. Would highly recommend this location and also the chain.

LOVED. EVERY. SLICE! I was visiting the area from the Dayton area and passed by the store, on my way shopping. I was not sure if it was open or not, so I turned my car around to check it out. The only store in my area (Englewood) shut down without notice so finding this store was like hitting the jackpot! My favorite is the Jasper and I ordered 2 of them: one for there and one to take with me to enjoy at hotel later on. Definitely worth the turnaround!

Pizza was good and the staff/guys were all really cool and laid back, but the store could have been just a tad cleaner, and for the price, the value isn’t horrible, but I could get a little more food elsewhere for the same price or less. I guess you’re price at the end includes the “show”, or process, of your pizza being made right there in front of you, which for me, I’d rather have more food for the price, but with Biden’s inflation, I guess the price seems about right.

Very overpriced, crust thin like a flour tortilla ($8 for 6 inch pizza) salad wilted and not very fresh ($8 for small bowl) nice pellet ice though

The place was nice and neat. The employees were great and the ambiance was good. Overall a nice place to get pizza

Yo! This place SLAPS! Hands down best Vegan/Gluten Free crust I’ve ever had! Friendly & knowledgeable staff, great sauce with tons and tons of vegan/Gluten Free toppings including dairy free cheese and plant based sausage!
